Wow, what a great dentist. Went there on a limb because he is close by. Made an appointment a week ago. Got there and was taken into the exam room with very little wait. Dr. Lui was professional, kind, polite, gentle, and the best trait approachable. He took his time (I am sure the patient after me waited a little longer than expected - sorry about that), I received probably the best cleaning of my teeth ever. Nothing he did truly hurt, uncomfortable of course... I will transfer all my kids to him. Thank you for such a "pleasant" experience.

All I did was call and tried to explain my situation and the person who answered snapped and interrupted me saying he "doesnt have a crystal ball" and then proceeded to hang up on me. Insanely rude and extremely unprofessional. If this is how Im going to be treated over a phone call, he doesnt deserve my business.
