it was a nightmare ..i have never taken the time to review anything on the internet..but i had to write this one..i think the other reviews are written by the office manager..stay away from this place and believe me whatever price they quoted you it will be double.. whatever time or day you make an appointment they will call you to try and change it..the office manager Myrna is the rudest...I booked two appointments $99 teeth whitening . when I got there they told me the price was almost double...my wife and I were going on separate days and each time 2 hours before we got there they told us they couldnt keep their appointment...flat out lied.. first they told us they were overbooked and couldnt take us after we took the day off...then they told us they didnt have the whitening gel..after my appointment they couldnt get debit card machine To work and told me to come back the next day to pay..

They are honest, professional, friendly, the best dentist clinic in the Valley. We went through a few dental clinics, they were ok but DDS surpasses them all! Dr. Yates is an amazing dentist, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable, you know you are going to get the best dental work with him. The hygienists are friendly, professional, caring, Kate even took her time to check my BP when I said that I was feeling dizzy. Donita, is amazing to work with. Her super friendly and loving attitude, she even had my coffee ready after my cleaning so it wasnt too hot to drink :) She will also work with your insurance and explain everything to you, answer every single question, doesnt matter if you make the same question :) You dont have insurance? No worries, shell work a payment plan with you. Shes the backbone of the clinic :)

The best and most efficent Dentist I have been to in a long time. I had a broken wisdom tooth (stupid popcorn seed ) and set up an appointment on ZocDoc for 5pm, within 5 minutes of me setting the appointment they called me and informed that spot was taken, but dont worry if you can come now we will squeeze you in, this was at 2:00 pm I work in North Scottsdale on 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright, it is a 30 min + drive. I got there a little after 3 pm filled out the paperwork, gave insurance info and was taken back within 15 min. was seen Xrayed, diagnosed, cracked wisdom tooth pulled out, got meds at CVS and back to work in North Scottsdale by 4:45pm Thank you for treating a new patient just like I have been with you for 20 years. Ive been seeing Dr Badyal and his staff for a few years now. Ive had numerous fillings, a root canal and crowns. In every case I felt like the work was performed with great attention to detail, with the intent of doing the absolute best job possible. Dr Badyal also does a great job for those of us who loathe the stick of a needle - he numbs the area first, and goes slowly, so I rarely feel discomfort while he injects anesthetic. Making dental care (almost) painless makes it a lot easier to keep seeing the dentist on a regular basis.

No one enjoys the dentist but Dental Design has made our experience & switching dental offices very simple & smooth. We had an experience with another dentist where they were wanting to over treat the surfaces of several teeth on my 14 year old. Thankfully I went with my gut feeling. Dr. Yates throughly went through the X-rays and explained in detail. The staff here are very kind and considerate of your time & effectiveness.

Dr. Badyal is a wonderful dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable about the latest dental techniques and technologies. His prices are very competitive and the best value in the area. In all the years I have known Dr. Badyal, he has never once tried to "sell" me an unnecessary costly service. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I have known Dr. Badyal since college and I have to say that I have not met anyone that works harder and is more committed to dentistry as he is. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and, above all, caring. I reside in Seattle and, because of the quality of his work, I do my best to visit Arizona once a year to get my dental work completed by Dr. Badyal and his wonderful Dental Design Studio team.

I love all the dental staff except for the front desk worker. She is rude and very sarcastic. I tried to overlook her several times and now Im just going to take my business else where. Mail me my bill....no more last minute sarcastic text messages.
