This was the worst experience ever. Granted they have good selection of frames, but from the beginning, getting my glasses there was a nightmare. After I selected the frames and lenses, my drs office had closed so they had to call the next day to get my perscription and told me I could pay over the phone. Then the associate never called me back so I called them the next day. They got the perscription and I paid over the phone only to find out that the lenses I needed (they only have 4 total in the entire store) had to be ordered, which they said would take a week when I was told the day before it would qualify for the one-hour service because they have an in-house lab. Then they never called me when my glasses came in and I had to end up calling them 8 days later. Then when I pick up the glasses, I see that I had been charged for some additional "insurance" that I never requested for an extra $30, which really aggravated me and I forced them to refund. Then on top of that, the perscription wasnt right, which I didnt realize until I started wearing them for an extended period of time the next day. When asked if they filled the right persciption by my Drs office, they said they had and I had to end up going back to my eye doctor to get my glasses checked. Of course, they filled the wrong perscription. When I went back to talk to a manager (at this point they had already screwed up 4 times) not only was I was offered nothing for my trouble and all their screw ups, but she actually REFUSED to refill my perscription because she said that changing it to what it should be wouldnt actually change what I was seeing because it was "only off by .25 and 4 on the P.D." I then explained to her that for someone with my eye problem that was a lot and still she refused and said I had to go back to the Dr. to get my perscription checked again. After I went all the way back to my Drs office in midtown (who said I couldnt see because they didnt fill it right and my perscription was exactly what she said it was), I was so mad that I went immediately back to the Lenscrafters (who ran me around town for about 2 hours that day) and returned my glasses without having them try to fix the perscription. After I told the manager I was returning them because I dont appreciate having my time wasted after I told her it was the right perscription and her refusing to refill the glasses and sending me back to the eye doctor, she said, "oh, sorry for the inconvenience." ARE YOU KIDDING?! Do yourself a favor, go to the Pearlvision across the street. They have a very similar selection and better prices.

I had a terrible experience with this LensCrafters location. I typically dont write reviews unless they are positive but I am still so upset that I feel compelled to do so. I ordered glasses two and a half weeks ago. I have a pretty irregular astigmatism and I needed them badly. I received a text last Friday saying my shipment was delayed. No big deal but I called to get better understanding of what was happening. I was told my glasses would not ship and were delayed. Also no big deal. I called the following Monday and still no glasses on the incoming shipment. I called AGAIN the next day, Tuesday, and I was told I would be called with details which I NEVER received. So finally, I called Wednesday and demanded answers. I was initially told there was no information and that I had to have a callback. I received a callback (shocker) and was told that my glasses werent shipped because the lens for my astigmatism was out of stock and would not come in until August 27 which would indicate an entire month before my glasses would even be made. That is not including the additional time to ship them to me. That is completely unacceptable for eyeglass makers to not have the product needed to produce the glasses I PAID FOR but most importantly the lack of communication is ridiculously appalling. Although the gentlemen I spoke with was really nice and went through the steps to get the answers I demanded, I could not and will not give Lenscrafters my money ever again. Now I have to find another place to produce my glasses which is even more inconvenient especially considering my astigmatism is so irregular, of which I was reminded by each associate I spoke with. One would think if my astigmatism is so irregular that I would definitely need my glasses as soon as possible. Im so angry about the entire situation and still without glasses. Straining to see as I type. I wouldnt encourage anyone to subject themselves to poor customer service. They had no problems with selling and upselling their products. They communicated that very well but had no decency to find out why my glasses werent on an incoming shipment. A consumer shouldnt have to hound a business for a service theyve already paid for. I will be taking my complaints to corporate as well.

Do not waste your money here. Go to a real eye doctor..its going to cost you exactly the same. Bought a pair of glasses here with high index lenses (which is what I have to get because my prescription is so high) and paid 430 bucks for them. Not bad, but when I got home and put them on I couldnt see out of the them! I couldnt look up, down, left, or right without everything getting blurry and changing perspective. So I took them back thinking that they just mis cut the lenses but when I told them what was wrong they just said thats how they are suppose to look! WHAT?? I couldnt believe it...they said the frames were too big for my prescription and thats just how they should look.... 1. No, the frames were not much larger than the ones I have on right now...and Ive had glasses before that were almost the exact size of the frames I got and never had a problem with that. 2. The girl who sold me the glasses said she had almost the exact same prescription and she had LARGER frames on....so youre telling me she cant see out of her glasses either?!? 3. Why would I pay 430 dollars for glasses I cant see out of?!? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They were not helpful when I took them back and basically just said there was nothing they could do. The girl that helped me didnt even ask me what the problem was before she took them back to "look" at them. What a joke. I returned them and left pretty pissed.

Lenox Grille (or Lenox Square Grille as it can get confused with another restaurant in Atlanta with the same name), is a the best part of shopping at Lenox Mall. Although its a part of the square footage, Lenox Grille gets its foot traffic organically. One of the hands down, best things that makes this a great place, is its location and convenience. Working in Buckhead, hanging or shopping in Buckhead, Living in Buckhead, its way affordable despite its upscale, sexy facade. Its always best to get a table, even for just drinks, as the bar space isnt really conducive to tons of people gathering around it. Ive been at the bar before and was uncomfortable with people rubbing up against my back as I sat and ate. PLUS: they DO have sports going if youre having a cocktail on the fly. Their patio is great for people-watching (and car-watching) as its right in-front of the Lenox Mall Premium valet area. Food wise, they have some great "Comfort-Food" like the cornbread skillet. Salads are a great size (and come with a side of cornbread to satisfy the carb craving). The Shrimp n Grits are HANDS down my fave. If theres room for dessert, please get the funnel-cake (a measly $4), which comes fresh with powdered sugar. Give your waiter/waitress a wink or two and they just MIGHT bring you some fresh strawberries to top it off with for FREE!
