Wonderful experience. Dr Patel, really takes her time with you and explains everything in non medical terms. All the equipment is state of the art. I see better now with my new prescription than I ever have! It was fun picking out my new frames with Frank and Ali. Excellent selection of frames. I look GREAT in my new glasses. Frank and Ali were so helpful in helping me pick the right frames for my face, personality. and prescription. They helped me understand how my high powered prescription would look in different frames.... they kept me from making a costly mistake. THANKS WINDSOR EYE CARE!!!

Beautiful office with friendly staff, and Dr. Patel is one of the most knowledgeable, approachable, and patient-centered optometrists Ive met. I no longer live in the state, but I plan my eye care appointments for when I am in town in order to see her. She has helped me not only with getting the best pair of contacts and glasses for my needs, but has also helped my family with other concerns that we did not initially realize were related to our eyes.

Let me tell you. Ive worn glasses my whole life and gone to so many different eye doctors, but BY FAR this is my favorite one. The experience I had here at Windsor was just that...an experience. From beginning to end I felt like everyone there actually had my best interest in mind. Such a positive experience and I NEVER write reviews, so that is already saying a lot. But HANDS DOWNNNN!!!! I recommend this place. Loved it and loved the staff!!!

From the initial phone call for an appointment to the actual visit to the office, everything was done with professionalism and care. I did not know about Dr. Patel until today. She was very well mannered, detail-oriented and knowledgeable and most importantly, took the time to explain the exam results and the potential options on how to resolve my visual problems.
