I have been going to The Roswell Eye Clinic for a little over a year now, and they just continue to impress me. I should preface this review by saying I have tried several eye clinics over the years trying to find one with good customer service where I didnt feel like I was just a number. Earlier this year, I was inspired by Dr. Bergers excellent service for my family on our eye exams and willingness to take the time to understand my individual issues. She was wonderful with my kids and made such an impression on my toddler that he talked about his visit with the "eye doctor" to everyone for days! Today, I went by to look at frames for new glasses. I spent quite a bit of time there trying on tons and tons of frames (the selection was vast and great!). It would have been quite overwhelming for me and not that pleasant of a way to spend the little free time I have, except that their staff members blew me away with their customer service as well! Everyone was just very pleasant and helpful, and they made what is normally a confusing chore for me actually be fun and kind of exciting! The two staff members I worked with the most were Lee and Maryn. Both were amazing and SUCH a big help in providing opinions and ultimately bringing me frames to try that I would never have thought to even try on my own. I really felt like they genuinely wanted to help me pick out the best pair for myself with the same level of enthusiasm as if they were picking out their own glasses. I cannot even begin to do justice in describing how invaluable their help was to me. They helped me get it narrowed down and then solicited help from the rest of the team to get their opinions as well. Lee was so patient as I tried on frame after frame after frame for him! Maryn even offered to take pictures of me in my final choices so that I could sleep on it and finalize my picks. I only intended to get one pair, but honestly their service was so good that I am even getting a secondary pair from their discounted section! When I told her I wanted to get more stylish glasses because I have to wear them a lot now with dry eye, Maryn went the extra mile and also told me about a new medicine to research and consider that she is personally using and loves. Both Lee and Maryn went out of their way to make me feel important and like a valued customer, which I so appreciated. I hate wearing glasses and came in dreading the search, but left actually excited to wear them! Roswell Eye Clinic is lucky to have people like them...they are great assets to the company!

On a Friday my have had great discomfort in one eye after removing her contacts so she called Roswell Eye Clinic. Unable to get in on Friday we did a walk in Saturday morning and after a wait due to other scheduled appointments my wife was seen by Dr. Scott Moscow. After some questions and testing Dr. Moscow found that the left eye had an infection that covered 90% of the cornea. Dr. Scott then felt he needed to consult with an ophthalmic surgeon who was not on duty but was on call. After the surgeon reviewed the picture of the eye the form of treatment was agreed upon and follow up visits would be necessary. Dr. Moscow prescribed 4 prescriptions to treat the infection and also recommended that my wife come in the next day even though it was Sunday and the clinic would be closed and it was Mothers Day! We arrived on Sunday and Dr. Moscow found that the infection had receded 25% as a result of the aggressive prescription treatment he had prescribed. He then said I normally do not see patients on Monday but since we were going to be there to get order spare eye glasses he would like to see my wife and check the progress. We were very fortunate to see Dr. Moscow when we did and were very impressed with the level of care he provided my wife. How many doctors can you count that come in on a Sunday when the clinic is normally closed and it happens to be Mothers Day? There is also the the initiative he took to contact an ophthalmic surgeon to get a second opinion. Often is the case a doctor would just refer you to someone else and move. Dr. Moscow took ownership of this medical need and used his resources to implement a course of treatment in rapid fashion to relieve my wifes pain and discomfort. I cannot express enough how rare this type of medical response is unless you are being treated in an emergency room. Dr. Moscow exhibited an over and above attitude to resolve an uncommon ailment. We are very appreciative that there are still some people in the medical field that care enough to perform outside of the normal expectations. Thank you Dr. Scott Moscow

I have NEVER written a review but I am so disappointed after being told that Roswell Eye Clinic would take care of an issue that didnt happen, I felt compelled to write my first one. The Rx from Roswell Eye Clinic (REC) I was given last year always gave me a headache. Dr. Berger and Greg said that due to the difference in each eye, it may take some time to get used to the stronger Rx. I never did. Even after replacing lenses, glasses were rarely worn because they never felt comfortable while wearing them... I wore the previous Rx which was more comfortable. I had been a patient at the clinic for a few years and have gotten several pairs of glasses at the clinic. I never felt comfortable with the last Rx I got and even tho I replaced them under the warranty due to scratches, I paid an approximate $145 for the replacement lenses. I went to a different Optometrist closer to home and was told that the Rx in my frames was backwards so of course called REC and explained the issue to Dr. Berger. She re-examined my eyes (at no cost) and at the end of the exam, she said that either she or the other doctor would be replacing the lenses. She never mentioned that it would be an additional $250-$300, only that one of them would be making a new pair of glasses for me. I was told by optician Greg that shed offer me 1/2 off of a prescription that was over $500. After paying 2x for a Rx I was never comfortable wearing,, REC would offer 50% discount-on retail! Not paying 3x for a bad Rx. Make sure when you leave the clinic that Rx is comfortable during warranty period. If not, you might be out more money.

Lets see where do I begin? From the moment I walked in I was taken aback by the contemporary aesthetics of the Roswell Eye Clinic. It made me feel comfortable and secured seeing how pristine the place was. Eyes are an important part of the human anatomy and you wouldnt want to just go anywhere to get your eyes checked. In 2013 I began to develop a condition known as strabismus. This was highly stressful because of the double vision, weird stares, and not being taken seriously by my peers. Ive been to different optometrists but they would all say just to patch the weaker eye, seeing my condition just at the surface. Roswell Eye Clinic saw beyond the surface. From the technicians, Anna, Jennifer & Maurice to the actual optometrist Dr. Moscow I was more than a patient to them. Anna Jennifer and Maurice all helped me in a very personal way, from networking to financial guidance. Dr. Moscow asked all the right questions listened to my explanations. He showed his duty to his career and Im grateful for being shown such caring professionalism. I was quickly and correctly diagnosed. While I still have further steps to take in fixing my strabismus, (theyre doing their best to work with me in a timely manner) I have faith in working with Dr. Moscow. If you have any hesitations about coming here, dont. Even on a busy Saturday dealing with little ones and their parents, they still took me in as a walk-in. Not a lot of clinics can attest to their customer service and knowledge in Eye Heath as much as Roswell Eye Clinic. Thank you all so so much for showing me what I needed and wanted
