They charged me over $500 for READING GLASSES with kid frames. Im 42 years old and this was my first experience with needing glasses, going through the process, etc. I was initially shown frames of upwards of $300. My prescription is +0.75. My insurance was never filed because they never took my insurance card...all the "quotes" were supposedly my insurance figures, but how when they dont even know my policy? When I finally realized the final balance was way too much as these werent everyday glasses, just reading glasses. I went back to protest the order. The helpful staff turned RUDE and simply pointed me to a case and told me to find something in there if I could. I just pulled a pair of frames out. They were teen frames which I didnt know and they didnt tell me. So, after all that, I ended up paying out the wazoo for kid glasses Im too embarrassed to wear. A really expensive paperweight.

I did not check the reviews for this place until after I made an appointment. The person who scheduled my appointment wasnt overly friendly and the reviews suggested that I should expect the same at my appointment. This was not the case at all. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My doctor suggested excellent contacts that fit my eyes better than any that I have used in the past ( I guess my eyes are a weird shape and none of my previous doctors took the time to find the perfect contacts for me). When I went to re-stock my contacts, the staff went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. I would have taken away a star for the less than friendly phone conversation, if it werent for the same lady being extremely friendly in person. I highly recommend this place.

NEVER AGAIN!! Beware of contact lens exams at Eye Gallery branches. Looks like things havent changed with The Eye Gallery (and not specifically this Piedmont Rd. location). I find out that their corporate policy is to charge patients $$$ for trial lenses! Paid $20 for 1 trial pair of lenses today, along with eye exam fee of $119. If fitting fee is included in this price, why does that not include a trial pair?? Yes, you do get this amount credited back if you buy boxes of lenses from them (at riduculous prices well over other retailers, and about 2X the price of online stores). No thanks. Dont even worry about it. You can keep my $20. I have so many options out there where I can go and actually get fair prices and much better service. Never again.

They were very friendly the first time and I ordered a nice pair of Mikli eye frames. But the next two times I visited they barely acknowledged me and almost shooed me out of the store, along with my friends who were accompanying me. This is even though I was planning to get another pair of frames. All of us noticed their hostility and wondered if it was because we are Asians. The store seems to cater to rich ladies from Buckhead and are likely not used to minorities coming in and browsing their eyeframes. The manager, Jamie something, was especially rude. I will never go back there again!

If you are looking for cheap, this is not your place. If you are looking for quality, it is. Jamie has been making prescription eyewear for me for years, and has forgotten more about his profession than most of the discount shops know. Eye Gallery has apparently been through some ownership changes in the last 18 months, and with mixed results, but now Jamie is back at the helm and things seem to be back to normal. I called him with a tough situation last week, and he came through in a pinch. Wasnt cheap, but it was flawless. The old saying is true--Cheap, Fast, or Good........pick two.

Did not schedule an appointment there as I found the receptionist to be short with me on the phone while asking some general questions. Prior to closing the conversation the receptionist hung up on me. I found this to be a good indication of the service that I would have received if I had scheduled. Cant speak for the Drs but better customer service when making appointments or for general inquiries could definitely be improved upon.

Ive bought 3 pairs of glasses from this store-- really great team on finding the right frame for your face. Quality products - the glasses have held up over the years, and the couple of times Ive need a repair theyve done it while I waited and for no cost. The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The frames are expensive, but if you get the right frames they will last through many prescriptions.

Extremely poor service. The guys there make fake promises about calling you back but never do. The Manager Jamie seems a bitter guy, Ed is the most untrustworthy. Do not go to this eye gallery location. They will try ripping you as much as they can and not deliver your glasses on time. STAY AWAY. I read the reviews but ignored them and had to pay the price.

Man, you haters should just move along. These guys are terrific. They always point me to a frame that looks great on me. And their customer service is among the best in any industry in town. Jamie seems bitter? Maybe your opinion was colored by your own mood? Cordially, JimmyG

I recently went to Eye Gallery to pick out some new eyeglasses. I wanted to compare prices with another company but Eye Gallery does not give out product information on models and styles. I have been a repeat customer since 2003, but not anymore. Who do you think you are?

Nice service and cute staff. However some of frames r overpriced. For example, like Sama, the prices do not match the prices Sama puts on their website so do some prices research before u go.
