The staff at Caris is always friendly and welcoming. What I like most about Dr. Payne is that he takes time to educate you and he listens to you. He does not seem like he is in a hurry but he is genuinely interested in your well being. He is very kind and compassionate. He does not try to do unnecessary procedures to make money; only what needs to be done. Jessica greeted me and took me back. She was very informative about what she was about to do and she asked good questions. She was very friendly and pleasant. My husband and I both use Caris and we have always been pleased.
