Remember "KIM" The receptionist I had a really bad toothache in my tooth. I first went to my primary dentist and got my x-rays done. She referred me to specialist. I found Dentist and great specialist Dr.LEVI BENJAMIN such a great doctor with the great history. I was really happy to see the doctor. So I went to office with the referral. This Lady "KIM" at the front desk gave me the hardest time in the world. I have never been treated like this in my life ever and this is my first review I am writing on any social web. Everyone was on lunch break and this lady “KIM” was only working there at the reception for like long time. One of the member came who was on lunch break came to me and helped me a little.Kim suddenly came who was acting really busy and told the other receptionist " I understand you are on break I will do the work" and get back to surfing on the computer. She seemed frustrated with the work and act like she has the hardest job of the world. She told me to stay away from the front desk because she cannot concentrate and doing some work. I downloaded the first time patient documents from the dental specialists of Roseville website. So I was completely prepared. Anyways she came to me and I gave her my primary Dentist Referral. She told me that the referral I had is not what she needs. She needed different kind of referral with the authorization. (Which later she accepted when i called by myself the next day in morning). Meanwhile I talked to my insurance and let her talk to my insurance by myself. Which She told me to hold on again for 15 mins. My insurance said it is the only referral what she will need. But She was refusing it which later she accepted when I called by myself next morning. She never informed me by herself which was her duty. There is much more I can write. I wanted 1* to this review but I am giving 2* because the Dentist LEVI was the best. Which I will give him 5*. I would completely not recommend anyone of the people in the world to talk to this lady “KIM F” because the way she treats. One of the fakest worker. May God bless her

Terrible terrible terrible. I agree that KIM was no good at the front. She was unfriendly, and when I asked her to send me my xrays never did her follow up w me. I dont know the name of the Dr., but apparently he is only in on Fridays. I got there at 1pm. I had to wait a long time, bc he was busy watching a sporting event. I could literally hear him hanging out watching tv and commenting on the game. When he finally came in, he took 2 secs to,look,at my stats, and told me i would be needing 2 root canals. In the meantime, the man who collects payment came in, and informed me that my charges would be more than DOUBLE what my insurance quoted me. I was like, no way, my insurance quoted me wayy less than that. He was super rude, belittled my insurance and acted like they were some kind of high and mighty office. I went home and did some research, and found out that these dentists were charging me over $600 in unnecessary fees. Did some more research and consulted a dentist friend, and he confirmed that they were BS charges. Went in to another specialist today, who was refferred by my dentist friend. He was fantastic, took good care of me, and I only had to pay what my insurance told me i would. At Dental Specialists of Roseville, it seemed that they were looking down on me bc I have dental coverage thru the ACA. They were arrogant, cold, and clearly only out to make $$$$. I am so look glad I did some looking around and went elsewhere.

Kim and the rest of the staff are amazing! I cant even begin to tell you what hoops they jumped through to not only get me in right away with Dr Levi (who was great at what he does) but to get me back in for an extraction and gum graft with Dr. Ahmad (also amazingly kinds and knowledgeable) I had a lot of dental work done and my referring dentist was a nightmare. Kim was not only super chatty and nice the first time I met her, she continued to be pleasant as I bugged her to help me with various aspects of my care. I wasnt treated like a patient, I was treated like family. And lets be honest you dont want to have to go to have oral surgery ever but the ladies at the front, the technicians, and the Dentists all made a horrible situation bearable. I cant even fathom the two low ratings on here. You wont for a minute regret going to this office. I will be recommending everyone to this office.

Wow! I just married and we have 8 kids between us..you can imagine the nightmare of insurance, last names, etc. I was so impressed with Kim and her professionalism. She helped me with referrals, insurance, and quickly helped us get the care we needed. Fast forward a year and another son needs his wisdom teeth pulled... we had moved and tried a different dentist.. we did not get the information to fast and showed up at the appointment and were turned away. They wanted to reschedule a month away... I called the Dental Specialists of Roseville on a Friday and Kim found me any appointment the next Monday. She took all my insurance information and called me back to confirm coverage and answer any questions. The entire time her kindness and knowledge and patience are truly impressive. Thank you for making my life easier..
