I waited 5 months for my daughters appoinment and they decide to tell me a day before her appointment that they no longer see kids at this dentist office so unprofessional and they didnt even call me I was the one that called them to confirm my daughters appointment and then they told me and to make it worse it was a three day weekend so I had to wait to change my daughters dentist . And before that they moved location without letting me know I showed up to my kids appointment to a sign on a cardboard saying they moved

I refused to take my child because I sat in the waiting room watching the children be given a "medicine" to drink then the kids are passing out in the waiting room. When the dentist is ready the parent tries to drag the kids in the back to get their teeth worked on. The children are also restrained back there and the parents have to sit in the waiting room while their child is sedated and restrained in the back. NO WAY would I let that happen to my baby.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, the two other receptionist I encountered were very friendly as well; I was actually a bit nervous but they made me feel welcome. The assistant that took my X-rays was amazing too and the Dentist was super nice and made sure I understood what he was talking about. I can honestly say this was my best dental experience ! If youre looking for a dentist to go to this is definitely the one!

Ive been taking my family there for over five years but the last month Ive left several messages and have called several times a week each week but havent been able to reach anyone or get a call back to schedule my son for his braces adjustment. Ready to move on to someone who wants our business!!!! And cares about their patients!!!

The dentist was rude, he was in a hurry to extract my teeth and didnt care to listen to my concerns! Rushed me to make a decision and he didnt really care, he just wanted to get the job done and get on to the next one! I seriously wanted to walk out!!

Dr.Francisco Pestana who is an oral surgeon and he is not there everyday was awesome! It was a long wait though but the staff there was very nice! Overall a good experience i only gave 4 stars because of the wait time but thats any oral surgeon.

The dental work is alright, but God forbid you ever need to get in touch with them for ANY reason. They will ignore your calls and make you sit in pain for God only knows how long before finally giving you some kind of assistance or help.

This place is amazing!! The office is really clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Nollie is absolutely fabulous. We drive over 40 miles every 3-4 weeks because we love this office.
