Dr. Smith - I had an urgent issue and was frustrated by my (now previous) dentists lack of caring for a patient who has been there 20 years. I stopped by the Woodmen Dental Group office near closing time to see if they were accepting new patients. I had no expectations other than trying to make an appointment. Dr. Smith was the only one there, because the receptionist had already left. I told him that I did not expect him to help me solve the problem since I wasnt a current patient, but he took the time to find out what was wrong, wrote a prescription, and arranged an appointment for the next day - far more than the other dentist. I cant thank him enough for his concern and caring. Dr. Norman - I was impressed that he recognized what my medications are for, which is more than any other medical professional not in the specialty has known. He was kind, straightforward, acknowledged my concerns, and had a great "chair-side" manner. He explained the situation and what he was going to do thoroughly and provided options. The very minor surgery he did was uncomfortable but not as bad as I expected, and he made sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure. Needless to say, they have a new patient, and my old office has lost not only me, but my entire family.

When Dr. Brent DeSutter was practicing here, all was good, but then he moved out of state. Now, there is a new guy in his place that apparently couldnt cut it at his other locations of practice, so they brought him here (screw something up, ship them to a different location), along with one of the cockiest hygienists that apparently got her schooling from a low government funding school. Both people now make this location a hazard to ones health and well-being. This particular new guy (one of the new dentists) botched up a filling, causing a root canal on a minor child. The office made promises of "working something out" to cover future dental costs for the botched job, and now claim they wont. Unfortunately, its a child that is paying the price and will continue to from this dentist (Dr. Smith). Beware of shady places like this one. Their manager is a liar, who makes promises she doesnt keep. I can see why Dr. Brent DeSutter left, whod want to stay working with people who arent professional.

It has been many years since I have felt this comfortable and well taken care of at a dental office. The staff at Woodmen Dental group are personal, keep their patients well informed, and are thorough in their work. Their office is usually busy with most of their bays occupied with fellow patients but I have never felt rushed or as if someone is more important than me. Ive gotten some cavities filled there as well and they even took xrays once the procedure was done to make sure everything was taken care of. Im always informed of the price I will pay before any services happen whether it be routine maintenance or a procedure. I have and will continue to recommend Woodmen Dental services, we are so lucky to have this kind of exceptional care out here in Falcon!

This is the best dentist office that Ive ever been to. We are military and weve been to several dentist offices over the past 20 years. Walking in the door from the front desk Personnel Ashley to seeing your dental hygienist Danica to having her co-workers assist her Precautious. Dr. white coming in and taking care of your mouth as if it was their own. From your dental hygienist Danica remembering every moment that you guys talked about six months ago and not skipping a beat as if the conversation was just as yesterday! I love my dentist office and hopefully you guys can come and fall in love with them too.

Growing up I didnt like the dentist at all, I wound up eventually not going for 10 years or so. After a while my wisdom teeth began to give me trouble so I took the plunge and looked into woodman dental group. Not only were they super professional, but they were also very nice, even accounting for the fact I had neglected my dental care. They also remember who their patients are which is super rad. Wisdom teeth removal was a breeze and even a deep cleaning left me with a feeling of satisfaction about improving my smile. Theyre awesome, I couldnt recommend them enough!

I had a terrific dentist in Colorado Springs before moving to Peyton, but these people are an absolute delight. I am so glad I found this group. Dr. Smith is clear, honest and forthcoming, and just really nice. I just had my 5th crown done, and everything has gone beautifully. Angie has been a calming influence, and her techniques are excellent. Precautious is great at her job and a has a lively wit. Mary and Ashley always make me feel welcome. I just couldnt ask for a better group of people, or better dental work.

I went to Woodmen Dental for the the first time and I was very happy. I was greeted with a friendly smile the moment I walked in. I was taken to a room on time and the girl in the back was also very nice. She seemed very confident. Dr. Dodsworth came in and gave me several options for my broken tooth and let me decide what I wanted to do. Over all I had a great visit and look forward to having all of my teeth fixed as soon as I can.

One of the crowns on an implant had fallen off and I needed to get it cemented back on. Since we were fairly new in the area, I didnt have a dentist yet. I called Woodmen Dental and they squeezed me in within the next hour. I am grateful to them for solving my problem so quickly! Im from out of town and had a broken tooth which needed attention right away. They got me in and got it resolved in record time. Everyone was extremely gracious, from the one who took the call to the kind people in the office who took excellent care of me and my broken tooth! I am very, very grateful!

Just got a quick filling and during that time the dr. and his assistant had some funny banter back and forth, which I love. More importantly the Dr. had lots of positive reinforcement for his assistant. Far to few bosses do this! Absolutely love coming here and will continue to come in the future!

Excellent customer service, great appearance from staff and their hours are the best. Called and got in for a new consult the next day. Love that they take the "Tricare" Dental insurance and are knowledgeable about it. They are able to do a lot of procedures in their office too.Outstanding overall.

This dental group is awesome. Amanda and Dr Keen are very professional. The staff was welcoming, caring and considerate of the dental needs I required. They were able to meet the scheduling time I needed and provided me with a variety of payment options. They are a very cordial group.

This dental visit was the first time at this dental office and it was fantastic. My five year old, who used to run screaming from dentists, sat through his first exam. Emmy and Dr. DeSutter were amazing working with kids. I am very happy with how everything was handled.
