Dr.Hall saw my son on an emergency visit for a major toothache. He helped us out at a very reasonable cost. I could not take him due to work, so he called me before moving forward and explained the procedure. Having Dr. Hall call me directly meant the world to me. I have been going to powers dental for years..I moved across town and changed dentists, never to find a practice with such great staff and caring Doctors as Powers. I will make the trip to be a patient. Thank you for such great care.

The staff at Powers Dental Group is very friendly. I especially appreciated that I didnt have to wait long for my appointment, either in the waiting room or when I was in the back. I was just there for a simple cleaning but it took no time whatsoever for the dentist to come back and review my x-rays. I was even there in the middle of the day! I do appreciate that they have early morning and late evening hours as well. Very convenient.

The dentist are top notch, but the office staff are the worst. They make scheduling and billing mistakes often and do not respond to their mistakes with professionalism. Unfortunately, after four major mistakes handled with a lack of tack we decided to find another office. With so many better options in the area I would look else where.
