Just received a bill from Comfort Dental. Both my wife and I have separate dental insurance through Delta Dental. The bill stated we owed over $400.00 for our daughters last two appointments. My mom also goes to their office. The statement said they could not match the social security number to the patient. They tried to bill everything under my mom. After I personally go in to their office to ensure the billing area is doing their job correctly...we will not be coming back. My wife gave them both of our group numbers and phone numbers to call on for Delta after she was told by the very unprofessional billing woman that she would have to call over 50 states to find what state each of our insurance is through. All my wife had to do was call our medical, and the immediately connected her to our dental insurance which gave her everything she needed to know. Why the woman did not call herself is beyond us and the working class. They made two copies of our health insurance cards that would also direct them to Delta dental ( like my wife, if the woman had called...she would have received the information she needed). THE INVOICE STATEMENT SAYS OUR DAUGHTER IS THE DEPENDANT OF MY MOM. HOW CAN A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DROP THE BALL SO BADLY. MY WIFE AND I WORK VERY HARD TO PROVIDE OUR FAMILY WITH THE BEST MEDICAL CARE POSSIBLE. ITS DISPLEASING TO SEE THAT COMFORT DENTAL IN FALCON HAS A HORRIBLE BILLING STAFF. The fact that they tried to bill our daughters visits under a different patients benefits is actually a HIPAA violation. Should the NHCAA be contacted?

Unfortunately, even though the dental work was great the billing/office management was not! After being a patient for over a year, my husband had a mostly cosmetic procedure done. To our surprise, our insurance covered part of this. When we received the notice we called Comfort Dental asking for the refund of what we had overpaid. They stated they hadnt received a check yet, but would likely in the next day or two and then would cut a check. After repeated phone calls to them to check on the matter, Comfort Dental stated that we actually owed them money so the check would be about half. We had never received notice we owed them anything. They were charging us for a service over a year old supposedly because they had been fighting with our insurance company to cover it. But our insurance company didnt even have record of one of the claims! When I asked Comfort Dental to provide proof of what they sent to my insurance, they sent me the form that they printed off the computer with no receipt from insurance. It also had my social security number on it in an envelop that wasnt even sealed properly so it was actually open when I received it! Its a shame that their office manager made the experience so unpleasant because their dentist was great. Their billing was sketchy and rather than admit their mistake they lost customers! Its definitely not worth the risk of magically getting a bill 13 months later!

Doctors and nurses are good at what they do. Clean environment. My only issue is their snippity receptionists. My conversations always go something like this...(Theres really no need for it): Ring* "comfort dental* Hello, I recieved the preauthorization from my insunace. I need to make an appointment. :-) receptionist: We already tried to call and schedule that with you. Me: Yes. I didnt have an opening in my schedule when you called. I have a week off at the end of this month. Receptionist: Ya, we tried to call you at the end of June to schedule this. Me: Yes, I REALIZE that. I didnt have an opening in my schedule. Receptionist: Well, do you have an opening now? Me:...Yes. Thats why Im calling. Is something wrong? Did my preauthorization expire or something? Receptionist: No. (Seriously though wth?) People have schedules and lives. Im not sure why a receptionist is taking it so personally.

I received excellent dental care from Dr. Joel Stafford and staff. I called in with molar pain and was seen the next day. The Dr. quickly diagnosed and explained options to me. The next day I had a root canal. I was able to see Dr. Stafford the day after for several restorations, 2 minimal extractions and a cleaning. He was so gentle and very proficient. My estimated 2 hours appointment time took half that time. Thanks so much for the wonderful service and care I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

I had crooked teeth since childhood, I had other dental work in the past only for them to become worse than what I started with. I gave it one last try with Dr.Stafford at Comfort Dental in Falcon. I was well informed of the procedures and was well cared for during the entire process. He did a wonderful job and gave me the smile I thought I would never see. I no longer feel embarrassed to be around people or wonder what others think. Thanks to Dr. Stafford and Kristen I know I have a nice smile.

From the moment the phone was answered, everyone I dealt with at this office was amazing!!! The phone person was kind and sympathetic, the hygienist, Laura, was very nice, and Dr. Benjamin Bullen was the absolute best, most knowledgeable, most thorough dentist I have ever been to in my entire life!!! They saw me immediately (literally within 5 minutes) after my initial phone call AND immediately did a full root canal on a tooth that I believed was far beyond repair!!!

Amazing work. I am absolutely blown away by how pleasant my experience was here at the Comfort Dental in Falcon. Everyone on staff is not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and helpful. The dental work I had done here by Dr. Stafford was a very pleasant process, leaving me feeling completely at ease, not only at the time, but as well as the quality of work done. I will definitely be sure to make this location a go-to for all my dental needs.

We have Iive in Meridian Ranch for 4 years. I may be one who is a bit harder to please. I just dont like any kind of BS when is comes to professionalism. I am happy to recommend Comfort Dental. Dr. Stafford and staff have taken great care of me and my entire family. I cant really ask for much more. They have friendly staff, great dentists, they explain the procedure and pricing. Comfort Dental fits my family perfectly. Straight up and honest.
