This place is HORRIBLY operated. I see a lot of good reviews? Hopefully they cleaned house among their staff or its their staff writing them. They were unable to simply process our insurance through upmc, for god knows what reason (which btw, had no issues with through aspen dental). It took them months to send us a correct bill. We finally DID pay and a little while later, we received a check (which we thought was reimbursement). Well, this check was meant to go to DentalWorks. So then we FINALLY got the correct bill and paid it off. Worst part about this is, this bill was sent to COLLECTIONS affecting our credit score, because of the unacceptable, incredible incompetence from THEIR staff. Apparently, this happens quite often with DentalWorks. Go to Aspen Dental down the road. Excellent dentist, great facility and they are on top of everything. They are very organized. DentalWorks is a joke.

Terrible experience at Dental Works in Robinson. I was told my daughter needed 2 fillings, Im an Orthodontic Assistant and my daughter is in treatment at my office. I just had my daughter in my office and she didnt have any cavities. Now 2 weeks later the dentist (who is never the same dentist) tells me she needs 2 fillings! He claims they are on the chewing surfaces of the molars but yet he didnt take any X-rays. Even though he didnt take an X-ray I was billed for 4 bite wing X-rays. This is a dental office that is just trying to make money! We wont ever be back. Warning get a second opinion if this office tells you your child needs fillings or if they tell you they took an X-ray ask to see it!!! ALSO, I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THIS OFFICE ANY STARS AS THEY DONT DESERVE IT BUT IT WONT LET ME POST MY REVIEW UNLESS I PICK A STAR!!!!

This is now the 3rd time they have messed up my implants... 1st time no molds when I can in for the tooth implants ( said someone must have used the one they ordered specifically for me wasted time off work) .. 2nd time come in to get the implants put in ( sit down in chair & he tells me they were made wrong not to his instructions) another month wait.. go back today & the tooth didnt fit bc he said it was made wrong again.... so now more impressions & another month wait... I would recommend you finding a Different company to take care of your implants... horrible accountability, do not take the time to ensure things are done correctly before you come in & then offer no apology when youve waited an additional 4 months for something you paid thousands of dollars for!

Absolutely horrible experience. My insurance was messed up because the receptionist couldnt be bothered to talk to me. The woman that scheduled my appointment said that in order to have my teeth cleaned, a cavity filled, and teeth whitened, I would need to make my appointment earlier in the afternoon so that I could have all three completed in one day. I took off work and upon arrival I was told that I would have a $50 deductible (never had one anywhere else Ive gone, even with the same insurance) and that I could not do the teeth whitening that day because I didnt have an appointment for it (aka receptionist forgot to make the appointment). This place just wants to keep getting you in the door so they can charge your insurance. I will never go back.

Havent been to the dentist in almost 10 years because of a bad experience at a previous dentist (and because Im an idiot). After I finally cracked a tooth and needed to see a dentist, my dad recommended I go here. Everyone there was so nice, from the receptionists to the hygienist to Dr. Firouzi. The hygienist took her time with me, explaining everything she was doing, things that I could improve, and making sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I have to return to have some minor work done, and they were very upfront about what my out of pocket costs would be at each visit (and they are extremely reasonable!). I was very impressed, and I will be returning every six months like Im supposed to be!

Appointment schedule for 3:10pm. I had change to my work schedule and called at 8:30am explaining that Id like to keep my appointment, dont want to be late but I will be coming a considerable distance further and would be there between 3:30pm and 3:45pm I was advised to get there by 4pm as two assistants would be there until that time. I arrived. At 340pm and was given new patient paperwork to complete. After completing the majority of paperwork was advised to reschedule. They cant see me. Not sure why they advised me to come in just to send me away. Not impressed.

Ive had a relatively good experience with this dentist in my first two visits. However, in my recent visit I was checked by a new dentist that recommended 6 filings for gum rescission. I know I have gum recission which isnt new, but Im not confident in the diagnosis. No dentist has ever recommended this, and I go every 6 months. Im addition, no dentist has mentioned this may be needed due to my rescission. I will follow up with a periodontist, but feel like I was given bad advice. Only when I asked what alternative I had did he mention the grafting. Just be cautious.

I have been a patient for a number of years. At first, I liked going here because of the dentist, service, and free whitening that I received. Unfortunately, the dentist I used to consistently see is no longer at the office, and I am now bounced around to different dentists every time I go. I am also no longer offered whitening. The waiting room is also getting very disgusting. I really didnt want to sit on the filthy couches this last visit. That all being said, the experience is okay, but it definitely isnt what it used to be.

I lost a crown that was initially implanted at this particular office. I drove immediately to the office when the crown came off. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to be seen. When finally seen the dentist said he was not aware of my wait. Before cementing the crown back in place, the dentist wanted me to know the charge. I said what difference would it make, I am going to have you fix it no matter what. No, I had to know the charge first. He cemented the crown in place. I am looking for a new dentist.

Worst male dentist I ever had!!! He said he was fixing "4 cavities" but by the time he was done he caused me to have to get 2 root canals which I refused to let him do so I went back to my old dentist which was where I used to live. Please people do not go to Dental Works in Robinson! Go to a private dentist practice! These people do not know what they are doing and are just out to make money off of you! They will ruin your teeth like they ruined mine!

This is the WORST place you could go. They messed up my insurance twice, my father also went to Dental Works and they would call his number about my appointments. His phone number was never under my name. it took them 3 times to correct this problem. They try to get you to do unnecessary procedures its almost as if you are receiving a sales pitch. It didnt sound right so I went and got a second opinion and none of the work actually needed done.
