40 minutes. Walked in. The guy says sit down, be with you in a few minutes. Twice more said that. 40 minutes later, they still wont check the co-pay on my insurance. Wasnt even in need of an appointment. Just wanted to place a contact lens order. Walked out with nothing but time wasted.

Awful had to go back multiple times bc they couldnt get my prescription right . Never called me when new set was in .still waiting on contacts.. My new glasses are crooked asked for a refund and wont give worst experience Ive ever had with anything .

Everything was great got there at 9am as soon as it open was the first one the doctor was super nice have to say the glasses are very high at cost but its the price . We pay to see the service was good also I will be coming back...
