I had tk pick up a suppository called in by pediattician for my d aughter who was getting dehydrated due to throwing up.i went to pick up the prescription and they said they dont see in the system .they send me to another counter where I see a pile of called in prescription sitting on the counter and Noone was attending them.i informed it was urgent and its been 2 hours since the prescription was called in. They said they will get it when ready. As I am waiting I see the employees dragging themselves and complaining how tired they were and to top of it calling other employees that dont even work at the pharmacy department and chit chatting their personal issues . I am a doctor myself and would never ever be using the pharmacy for my family or my patients ever again. When patients are sick last thing they want is to wait for 3 hours for medications.

Had to call 4 times, make 3 trips to the store, and have people in the pharmacy tell me they didnt receive my prescription for my antibiotic, when in fact, my doctor sent it 3 separate times. On the last call, I was told they didnt have it. I was placed on a 14 minute hold just to hang up and call back and have someone tell me they "just got it" after TWO DAYS. They assured me it would be ready in an hour. I have them two and a half before coming to the store and they STILL HADNT FILLED MY PRESCRIPTION. NEVER COMING TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION AT THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. Much needed antibiotic pushed off for two days and unprofessional, unapologetic attitudes from staff? Deeply disappointed in this locations pharmacy department.
