Where do I begin, well let me start with I and my wife being sold a product that was promoted to us as a great quality pair of glasses that wouldnt scratch easy, and protection on the lens were guaranteed and made of a superior quality material and keep in mind we paid an expensive price for these glasses. This was last year in 2015, fast forward to today in around just under or at one years later and those expensive lenses while they dont have scratches even worse there is a film in the lenses that has developed that you cant remove. We went to the office of James River Eye Physicians where we purchased them and asked if we can get the lenses replaced. Our response was no that the warrantee was either ended or we didnt have one. My wife went to another optometrist and had her eyes tested for a new prescription and while there she show the Dr. the glasses and the Dr. said and I quote "These glasses are made of inferior material and you should bring them back and demand a replacement." This is coming from another qualified Optometrist so this proves that this is unacceptable to treat and sell to customers who are also patients and your facility inferior lenses and refuse to replace them. This is not how a respectable business and more importantly Medical facility should treat its patients and or customers. Mr. and Mrs. Brown

The Drs and staff are WONDERFUL and always willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed. I specially recommend Dr. Berckmueller not only because hes an awesome physician but also for all the work he does in our community. Highly recommend James River Eye Physicians.

Dr McKee and staff are amazing. I had a great experience with him as he made me feel real comfortable about having cataract surgery . The surgery was painless and my eyesight is perfect now. Thanks Dr McKee! !!!

Came in and was diagnosed with floaters.Two and a half weeks later I was diagnosed with a detached retina and Shuffled off to a specialist to correct the problem.Sight is diminished in that eye.
