I had a very positive experience here. Got a quick appointment that ran on time. I was able to fill out paperwork online which saved a lot of time once I got to the office. I had a thorough eye exam and Dr. Cohen went over the pictures of my eyes with me, explaining blood vessels, lens, etc. and how my exam looked. He explained the changes in my vision and corrected my glasses to perfection. So nice to put on the new glasses and have great sight and relief from eye strain!!! Also kudos to all the office staff who were so helpful in helping me select new frames. I thought the prices were reasonable..certainly not even as high as Lens Crafters and as a bonus they also take Care Credit which gives you 6 months interest free credit on your new glasses. They also accepted my eye care insurance from Care First BC/BS. A very positive experience for me overall.

The doctor starter the exam, typing on a keyboard, didnt wash his hands, then stuck his fingers in my daughters eyes to take her contacts off. Then went back to typing. He then left the room to do another exam. Probably did the same thing. Came back and performed my eye exam but not before touching the keyboard and 2 doorknobs first then reached with the same hand/fingers to take my contacts. Then he tried to strongarm me into buying new glasses that I did not need. Won't be returning.

The people are friendly and the Doctor is very knowledgeable and clean, always washing before and after working on your eyes. I highly recommend the Vision Associates in Edgewood.
