My son had surgery with Dr. Tudor about 2 years ago. The only bad experience we had at the time was the office worker "forgot" to check us in for an appt. We sat there for 2 hours even tho I went back to the window 3 times. He had to get another surgery this summer. His initial appt was in April and the woman who schedules the surgery told me shed call within a week with a date. Never happened. Id leave multiple voice mails. Sometimes the office staff would call back to let me know the woman wasnt there. I found it odd nobody else could schedule a date for my sons surgery but whatever. Literally a month later the lady finally called with an attitude...not a date but with an attitude about how busy she is. I asked if i was going to get a call the next day..she didnt know. I asked if I would get a call within a week. Again, she didnt know...with an attitude. I explained that I was trying to make plans. She didnt care. I was mad and said fine and hungup. After thinking about what happened, 5 minutes later I called them back and told them to take my sons name off of everything and that he wouldnt be going back there and that they were incompetent. Dont waste your time. Dr. Tudor was fine but the office women are a joke.

My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids taken out last year 2016 around Christmas time. Dr.Tudor did a awesome job and so did the ladies in the office. I got sinus surgery in may 2107. Dr.Tudor and the ladies in the office were awesome. The only setback that i had was when Dr.Tudor had to push my surgery back a little because he had a death in his family which is completely understandable. In August 2017 Dr.Tudor also did my tonsils and adenoids and he did a wonderful job. Other than the pain that goes along with it im doing fine. Dr.Tudor also did my uncles and my brothers sinus surgery a wile ago and we have had no problems with anything. Everyone that works there are so nice and sweet. I especially love Mrs.Theresa she is so nice and sweet. She goes above and beyond for everyone that she helps. The new young lady at the front desk is sweet too. She might be new but she is great. I am so upset that Dr.Tudor will be retiring because he is such a great doctor. I am so glad i got him to do my daughters and my surgery before he retired. Dr.Tudor is a exceptional doctor. I know he will be missed by many
