Dr. Heacock is terrific. But, this office has the worst voice mail system ever invented. A continuous loop and nobody picks up. Was on hold twice for 10 minutes each time to make an appointment. Finally gave up. .

The story is too long, suffice to say, if you would choose a Dr who is rude, condescending and always annhour late, this is your guy. Otherwise, many other options in the practice who are much better.
