I have had serious skin problems. My brother did too. I went to Advanced Dermatolgy of Bel Air while my brother went to Dr. Kurgansky. I would NEVER go back to Advanced Dermatology. They burned my skin, caused scarring,and serious embarrassment. I couldnt go out in public without people staring at my face. I went to see Dr. Kurgansky, (after 1 visit cured my brothers skin), and was AMAZED. He fixed my skin. Fixed it. I am so grateful I cant thank him enough. I have beautiful clear skin and my scars are almost all gone. I recommend Dr. Kurgansky to everyone. He is amazing.

I am visiting temporarily in Maryland and was referred by hospital. I contacted their office to schedule...advised them I did not currently have insurance and would pay cash for all services and they treated me like I was nothing and refused to see me. When did paying upfront become something bad?

Dr. Kurgansky has treated most of my family. From melanoma, removing warts, acne and more, he has always been the best! I highly recommend him to anyone. Thats if they want to deal with the secretaries who arent always the nicest but its worth it for his service.

Definitely the best derm in bel air. Ive had horrible luck for 20 years with really uncaring derms. Kurgansky is personable, knowledgeable and willing to try different methods to help with you skin needs. Also the office staff is very friendly.

After 2 other dermatologist appts and years of failed treatments, Dr. Kurgansky accurately diagnosed my husbands problem, wrote the rx and within a week his skin was healed. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
