In the past month, I have had several issues with this doctors office. They are very difficult to get in touch with, very unprofessional and the least efficient medical office I have ever experienced. I was having severe pain in my arm and was told to get an MRI. The MRI place sent my results to Nolans office the same morning I got the MRI. I had to call for THREE days to get the results and when they finally gave them to me they were very disrespectful, rude and acted like I was bothering them. The icing on the cake - I called because I had bronchitis but could not get rid of my cough and chest congestion and was in a lot of pain when I coughed. I was told they were going to call two prescriptions into my pharmacy, just give them a half hour. The pharmacy said it was never called in. After I tried calling and calling Nolans office only to get the busy signal for about 45 minutes, I was told that the doctor never gave the secretaries anything to call in and that the doctor was gone for the day!! UNREAL!!! They also take an unusually long lunch, you always get a busy signal whenever you try to call and they NEVER follow through with what they say they will do. Needless to say, I will be finding a new primary doctor.

I never saw this doctor, due to a serious lack of professionalism in her office. I chose Dr. Nolan as my pcp and made an appointment in order to get a referral I needed. Although she is listed as "accepting new patients," I was told I could not see the doctor for SIX WEEKS! I was disappointed and asked the office is if I could be notified of any openings. I ended waiting the six weeks only to be called the night before and told I could not be seen until JANUARY because the person who made my appointment did not mark me as a "new patient." Although this was their mistake, I was not given an apology; in fact I was treated as if it was my fault. I have chosen to switch PCP. If you cannot run your office efficiently, I would not trust you with my health! Horrible!!!!

It is impossible to get a prescription filled in a timely manner. They have routinely ignored faxes and calls from the pharmacy for up to a week. Calls are noted, then ignored. When a call is made for a prescription (usually after the pharmacy has tried and failed) you will be lucky to receive a call back. They have no concept of emergency (twice they have not filled a script on a weekend, leaving my father without epilepsy medication.) Terri Stevenson is lovely, but her kindness cannot make up for the service.

I have been going to this office since I was 19 years old and I absolutely love them. It DOES take a little while to get a refill or a referral. But if you call before you are OUT of medication or get your referral BEFORE you need it, then it all works out. I am now 32 years old and I STILL go to her. I mostly see Terry and she knows my records like the back of her hand. They are personal and they care!!!! I will be devastated if and when Dr Nolan and Terry retire.

Terry is a great Dr. However, it is impossible to schedule appointments because their phones are always busy or off for extended periods of time. Also, the past two visits Ive had appointments at 9am and have not been seen till 10:45 or later! I always inform them that I work and if my appointment time is an issue I will change it, but instead they schedule me and make me wait. Horrible front desk service

This woman kept my mother on pain killers for years and never bothered to find out why she was in pain. By the time my mother saw another doctor the cancer had spread to several organs, 7 places in her skeletal system and per GBMC had a tumor the size of the doctors fist on her spine. Looking at her ratings does she have anything good said about her? OH, I see she enjoys hiking.

Absolutely horrible establishment. Dr. Nolan is my grandmothers doctor and has treated her horribly. Every emergency she has this office cant seem to plug their phone lines in so that you can reach them. Not to mention Dr. Nolan acts as if her patient is a pest as opposed to someone she is supposed to care for. Hugely disgusted with this place and Dr. Nolan.

I have been a Patient there now for about 7 Years. I love the Staff...they have ALWAYS gone out of their way to help me. Yes, getting thru is often difficult at times, but when you do, its always worth the wait. I dont know all of the names, but a BIG THANK YOU to Peggy and Chissy as they are usually the ones I deal with the most!!! Rose Olszewski

Have been a patient of Dr. Nolan & Terry for about 8 years. Excellent service once in the office to see the doctor or PA. Yes it is hard to schedule and sometimes hard to get a hold of the office, but this is experienced with most good doctors (our childrens doc office is terrible also but we wouldnt change as the doctor there is excellent also).

As much as I love Terry I find the office, their bookkeeping, scheduling, antiquated. They dont use computers. The desk staff seems many times flustered or just plain grouchy, which could just be a byproduct of how far behind the times this office setup is. It is such a shame because the doctors themselves are kind, and do a decent job.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. Even while moving all over the state of MD, I have stayed with Dr. Nolan. She takes her time to listen to YOU. If you want a doctor that rushes you in and out the door- go somewhere else and good luck! Love you Dr. Nolan, Terry and all of the staff♡

Very poor service, have not gotten a hold of anyone for a week and a half? are they still in business, talked to the answering service and was told they cant give them a message. that was 8 days ago and still no contact???
