I have had the worse experience ever about a year ago at the Oviedo, Broadway office!! Starting with their rude receptionist! I went there because I strongly believe I acquired some type of a fungi on the bottom of my feet while on my beach vacation! A young nurse practitioner came in and told me that it was probably from the nail salon and prescribed a medication! Two weeks later or so the fungi was spreading and my feet cracked, causing so much pain! I made an appointment and the same nurse practitioner saw me and prescribed another medication and scrape part of the rough areas and sent it to a lab! To make a story short and at this point I was very frustrated, I wanted to see a specialist!!!!! The third appointment about a month later, no results yet from the lab because I was told it took TWO months, I left with a prescription for a compound medicine! The latest medication took care of about 75% of the infection! I went to the pharmacy for a refill and they denied it and wanted me to see the SPECIALIST first!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Thats what I wanted to do in the first place!!!! As a result, and a year later I m still dealing with this and hoping I can see a knowledgeable professional where ever I go now!!!

My mother had scheduled an appointment, and the receptionist at this location had hung up on her while she was trying to figure out where the place was located. Not only was the receptionist rude, but she was unprofessional when I spoke to her myself regarding the way she spoke to my mother. She kept blaming her, and making accusatory remarks on how "she hung up first" and "my girls heard her yelling". My girls? This isnt some type of high school club - its a medical office. I tried to speak with someone regarding her nonprofessional attitude, but was only put on hold for about 30 minutes. I would just recommend to be proactive about your appointments, and regardless of whatever is going on with traffic or lack of knowledge on the direction of this place - these people wont take it, and youll have to reschedule.

Julia Storti gave personal attention to a fingernail that was accidentally damaged during a heart surgery. She was very empathic to the problem and suggested a med that would assist in it growing back stronger. I had several skin problems and was delightfully surprised at how caring and gentle they were with the removal of a skin cancer. It was a clean cut the first time, even though it had to have the biopsy and MOS procedure was so pain free. I was really impressed with the professionalism and concerned care that they gave to me.
