Over the last several years I have been to more than a handful of dentists and periodontists between Chicago, Jacksonville and now Brunswick, GA. The Aspen Dental team in Brunswick has surpassed them ALL! I needed extensive treatment and Sam (Periodontal Therapist) and Dr. Sargent took the time to educate me on my condition and my options (they actually gave me options, unlike the previous dentists/periodontists Id seen), and their supporting staff (Travis, Gina, Nicole, Tori, Karen, Tia, and a few others whose names I havent learned yet) have provided nothing less than outstanding support and kindness toward my husband and me throughout our treatment. The Aspen Dental structure is very accommodating to work schedules and they have great financing options for amounts not covered by insurance. And while these things are very helpful, it is the amazing staff that makes this location a great place. Everyone is so personable and kind; they truly CARE about their patients and it shows. This was my attempt at describing this AMAZING team, but you really just have to go see for yourself.

This is a very good Dentist Office. I haven had almost none of the anxiety that comes with going to a Dentist because the staff are friendly and nice and do NOT judge. It has been quite a while since Ive been to the dentist for lack of Dental Insurance and now I have some I needed to get my teeth cleaned and inspected. The staff has been forthcoming with all of the questions that I ask about what they are doing and explain things in a manner in which a nonDentist can understand. The payment plans are easy and reasonable and they space out appointments for services that are needed which gives the patient time to recover from the payments. I highly recommend this office.

I left after having had my exam/x-rays. The reason is simple....I have dental insurance, with GEHA. I asked for the "basic" dentures (upper and lower). I was told MY cost would be 798.00. I have insurance, they will pay 50%-60% and I will pay the rest. But your "finance" person kept insisting no, I will pay 798.00 which is the full cost of the 2 "basic" dentures. The last time I got dentures was about 7 years ago at a dentist also in Brunswick. At that time, I was told GEHA would pay about 50% of the cost and I would be responsible for the balance. That is the way it is supposed to work. I will not pay 100% of the cost of dentures at Aspen. Period.

Ive been to a couple different dentists. Had a very bad experience with one and was always afraid to go find another. We just moved in the area and we needed a dentist, and I kept procrastinating to get one. I arrived to Aspen with a sore tooth. Booked solid but said I could get in as soon as they got a cancellation. 15 minutes later they put me in. Front desk was very helpful and very nice!! Even helped me find family DR. Every staff member was super friendly. I am deaf and they made sure to remove their mask so I could read their lips. Last Dentist yelled at me because I couldnt hear. Needless to say I never went back. Im happy we found Aspen!

5 stars and more. The entire staff was kind ,friendly and reassuring. This experience was one I dreaded for years but so far I feel confident that my concerns are understood and a way is worked out for me to get my dental problems resolved. Every level from the receptionist to the manager, the dental assistants,x-ray techs ,periodontist and especially the lab tech Johnny and Dr. Laurie Sargeant were thorough,kind and made us feel like one of the family,and yet professional. I have many more steps to complete my treatment but they are all walking me through each stage and making it as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much. M.P.

On my first visit (at a time when I was having pain in my tooth which woke me from a sound sleep) I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Laurie Sargent. In addition to the tooth problem, I was having some other severe medical problems. The DR. spent a significant amount of her time in attending to those problems. In addition, she called me the next day to ascertain that all was going as required. This type of care and personal attention has all but disappeared from the modern medical scene and was a first for this 81 year-old. All other personnel were courteous, attentive, professional and pleasant. This outfit is great!

HORRIBLE- scheduled an appointment months ago, went to the first appointment and no one had recorded the appointment. Second time coming in the receptionist kept calling me kiddo. Im 25, regardless of how young I look there is no reason you should be calling me that. Completely unprofessional. Introduction by the doctor wasnt even warm welcome. I had answered a phone call while I was waiting, which only lasted about 30 seconds and the doctor walks out and tells me Im getting rescheduled because I answered a phone call. Great way to lose a customer who was intending on getting my teeth repaired.

I have the pleasure of working with this staff everyday. But there is nothing like the experience the patient recieves. I got to see that first hand. Dr. Laurie took her time and I didnt feel like she was rushing me along. I was treated like every patient that sits in her chair, with care and concern. Hats off. We are as good as what the patient are saying about us. Thanks Sam, Tia, Karen, Tory, Chelsea, Travis and our Greatest Lab Guy (Johnnie). I love my job and the people I work with. This is a great place to have all your Dental needs met. We love what we doing and it shows.

Very nice and professional office. Nice, new & clean. Dr. Laura is amazing and very knowledgeable. Im very confident in her cosmetic dentistry abilities. Being newer to the area from Jacksonville Beach, and having come from a phenomenal Dentist there it was hard to decide on how to go about finding a new Dentist here. Tried Aspen because of their new office and was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. They will be my new Dentist her for routine maintenance and any of my future dental needs.

The facility was very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Payments are easy. They have very state of the art equipment. I could not rate a 5 on my visit however due to the overly long wait time. I had to wait in the front for 1 hour and 20 minutes before being escorted to the back for x-rays. After x-rays I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen by the dentist. Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend and I am going to go back for a future visit.

Dr. Sargent and staff at Aspen dental were friendly, professional and welcoming. It isnt always the easiest to make yourself go to the dentist however this team really helped to fill in the blanks and go the extra mile to make sure I was are comfortable and understood my personal treatment plan. Teeth are often overlooked but they really have a huge part in the wellness of your body. I am so thankful for this experience.

Im one that is very scared of the dentist, Dr. Laurie Sargent gave me the shot and I didnt feel a thing, Dr. Laurie was very personable and talked to me in a way I could understand. I will go back to her in a few weeks, after Ive heeled completely. I highly recommend Aspen Dental especially to those who are scared of the dentist. They have mine and now my familys business
