Honestly, this is one of the worst dentists that I have ever been to. The staff working has always been very nice and helpful, otherwise, I would have only given this one star. Theyre rules for having to call back to confirm the appointment is ridiculous, and often when I call them back to confirm, Im unable to get through, and the phone just continues to ring, eventually cutting off, indicating that the number cannot be completed as dialed, even though I get through to the automated recording to select my options. The only way that Ive ever been able to "confirm" the appointment is answering when they have called, as this had occurred a number of times. The actual dentist that I had was okay, I suppose, but you could tell that he was rushed and didnt want to be there. I understand that it was the end of the day for them, and that he wanted to go home, but that doesnt mean that you should get frustrated with the patient because the Novocain wore off and you dont want to take the time to re-administer. Again, the staff overall has been very nice and helpful, however, the issues with their scheduling policies, unable to call them back, and a dentist who really doesnt seem to care about their patients, really makes it so that I dont want to go back.

Dont schedule an appointment online theyre not going to answer or reply back to you and not going to have your schedule time dont schedule appointment over the phone youre not going to have to reschedule time I was here at 3 oclock if my appointment was for 3:10 its 4:40 and still has not been seen my child is an excruciating pain needs a root canal on a tooth pulled and multiple cavities filled and theres no one in the waiting room but a lot of Staff the standing and talking better service across the streets half of these reviews are not true

Horrible service. Im so upset with the service and the wait. Brought my fiance to ImmediDental. Yesterday and today. Yesterday they said the wait was 2 hours so the nice girl made him an appointment for today. We were here 20 min before the appointment. Weve been here now for an hour and 15 min and still not in a room. As a MA this really strikes a nerve. The rule is 15 to 30 min wait then reschedule. These front desk girls keep giving me attitude and the run around.

This place is great. The staff is all around wonderful. The dentist, assistants and front desk are great. They fit me in right away on a Sunday for an emergency. The next time I came in they remembered my girls. They informed me of what they were doing throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff are very attentive and professional from beginning til end. The dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist are all magnificent. I love the service, its not easy finding a great team like this one. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I can understand people with no insurance pay more, but 250.00 office visit and another 300.00 for service is a bit much to have a tooth pulled.
