My kids and I loved Dr. Mertes and his staff!! This was my girls (6 and 4) first experience at the dentist so we were all nervous. The staff and the office was so fun and kid friendly, and they took the time to explain everything so we all felt more comfortable. The girls actually loved it! I was so amazed!! At home they review all the things the "dentist" told them to do and why its important. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely great first dental experience! Totally kid oriented - explained everything they were doing and let my son try it out so he wasnt scared. He did great and isnt afraid to go back like some adults! Their office staff is also top notch - friendly - organized - which makes a difference and send out e mail and text reminders. Fantastic all around!

Everyone here is always so nice and caring. My son is still very young and a nervous nelly about coming to the dentist. Anyone who cleans his teeth is always so patient and reassuring and I appreciate that! The billing department is super efficient and never gets confused about my two insurances which is hard to understand sometimes.
