I returned a phone call from your office today and whoever answered the phone(black female)was very disrespectful. I was seen in your office over 1 year ago. The dentist who served me was also very disrespectful(black female) thats is why I have not returned. Also the female staff ( black females)were very disrespectful. I love to frequent black owned businesses but the customer service here is terrible. Shameful and I am a black female.

I havent gone in for my appointment yet, but the receptionist, Cindy, was incredibly more helpful than those at my previous dentist. She was able to provide me with specialized information and pricing, and she was communicated vital information in a friendly manner. Significantly better than I can say for my previous dentists staff.
