Super disappointed. First I was excited because I came in on the wrong day but they let me stay because the next person after me canceled their appointment. I was very happy as I was paying a babysitter and really wanted the appointment. I thought that was so nice!! I scheduled a cleaning because I am due with my second child in three weeks and I know how hard it is going to be to get out. First they asked me to have my doctor fax over an ok to do x-rays. I declined because I do not feel comfortable doing x-rays at 9 months pregnant. They said ok. Then a doctor came in and gave me a horrible dead fish hand shake and checked my teeth. He said I had a filling loose that needed refilled. This was weird because Ive NEVER had a filling. Then a hygienist came in and counted my teeth. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to purchase one of their electric toothbrushes and a cancer screening. I declined. Then he took the sheet off me and said someone will be back to get me. THEY WOULNT CLEAN MY TEETH. I was almost in tears. I scheduled a CLEANING, paid a baby sitter to come to my home, and I literally got my teeth looked at. Thats it. Why someone wouldnt have told me I couldnt get my teeth cleaned when It is what I scheduled is beyond me. Also if I was scheduled to do an x-ray and didnt, wouldnt they have the extra time to clean?? To top it off I sat in that chair for another 15 minutes because they forgot to come get me!!! Just embarrassing. I should have listened to the many people that told me to go to a family practice. I will never be returning to aspen dental. This is the first negative feedback Ive ever given on a business, but I was extremely disappointed.

I am afraid to trust there call center they have no idea what insurance is accepted by there Dentist or establishment. So if your in pain stay away from this money hungry establishment they will tell you that they except your insurance even if they dont. You will be turned away, but they will waste your time while you are in pain with a free exam and then try to squeeze you for as much money as they can. There call center just wants the initial appt even if they dont except your insurance and dont care if you are in pain. Even if they accepted my insurance i still wouldnt go to them because there unethical call center is taking advantage of people with serious infections and that day or 2days it takes to get into someone else because they were rejected could cause a person to go into cardiac arrest or die thats not funny they should be sewed for there unethical call center practices. If you really have to go here dont set an appt with the call center before speaking to specific location you want to go to because you can then speak to the ones in the office that will be rejecting you in person so you will be able to speak to them ahead of time DONT TRUST THE CALL CENTER

My experience was terrible. I went in because I broke my tooth.. I made an appointment for them to check my broken tooth and get a cleaning. I had to wait a few days before going in and when I got there, they took all kinds of exrays..( so they could get the money for them) and then I had to wait about an hour and a half finally someone came over and checked my teeth. They were not careful and it hurt when I said something they said "oh sorry" and they kept on the way they were doing still hurting me. They checked all my teeth and then proceeded to tell me of all the work that needed to be done on all the other teeth.... I went in for an emergancy broken tooth and they did nothing.. I asked about were they going to clean my teeth. They were suppose to clean my teeth and I sat and waited for so long they did not have time because they were closing. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I definately do not recommend this Dentist office. I went to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned and fixed.

This place is VERY money driven. I scheduled for a regular cleaning, had to wait for 45 minutes. The doctor talked to me for 2 minutes and asked me to do some deeper cleaning for about $150 (price after my insurance). Almost no one was patient in answering questions (especially the dentist) but convincing me to get some expensive treatment. I have my teeth evaluated and cleaned many times before. I am pretty sure I dont need the fancy cleaning they wanted. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PART; THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE REGULAR CLEANING AND KIND OF FORCING YOU TO ACCEPT THEIR RECOMMENDED TREATMENT. I have never seen any dentist office this unethical. I am very annoyed that I had to waste 2 hours and got nothing done. Only the lady taking x-ray is patient and professional. Also, if you notice, for any 1 star rating complaint is followed by a five star comment. Your call..

The staff seemed nice. I showed up 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. More people showed up after I did and were all called before me. I was finally called back 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. After x-rays, was taken to wait in a chair in the back (its just 1 open room divided by cabinets) where I then waited another 35 minutes. The dentist was very nice, apologized for the wait (short staffed and the weather) but was only with me for about 5 minutes and went to send in another dentist for a cleaning. About 45 minutes later he finally came back to see me...its almost as if they forgot I was there. Overall, they seemed nice and apologetic for the wait (which I understand when youre short staffed things like that can happen). Im hoping my next visit will not take 2 1/2 hours.

The worst process I have ever seen. I waited an hour and a half to get through their absurd process which doesnt include a cleaning just X-rays and a few pokes on the teeth from a dentist. Then they bring out the "business manager" and she tries to up-sell you all sorts of unnecessary things I was not asking for. If you refuse to take there huge waste of extras that Insurance doesnt cover, (because its not necessary), they refuse to set you a cleaning appointment (my only reason for the appointment). I have felt better about buying used cars than this. If you want to give away your money to the dentist, then this is the place. If you want a normal dental relationship, you should look elsewhere. Absolutely terrible!!!!!

Im 23 and needed 2 wisdom teeth extractions. I went there disregarding the comments left by past patients. I was a little skepitcal, honestly, but after going in... The front staff was as any staff would be at a dental place. There was a little longer wait time than normal but when he got me in. Dr Mauer made sure I was absolutely comfortable with his little blonde assistant. He gave me 6 novacain shots and went to another patient. He came back and explained what he would be doing, and extracted both upper wisdom in 2 minutes. Amazing, painless! His nurse put a wet paper towel on my head because I got a little warm. I dont understand why people are saying this place is bad. My visit went very well!
