Made an appointment with Scott Hoxby showed up 5 minutes early. Sat there for 45 minutes finally got irritated and asked the receptionist what was going on. She decided to go check the therapists office, came back and said that he wasnt even there. She told me that he had probably forgotten about our appointment. We were frustrated and proceeded to leave. On our way out the receptionist said "its not our fault because our therapists make their own schedules and dont always tell us" Meanwhile we hired a babysitter for the appointment for both kids its $60 we wasted $10 in gas and wages that were lost exceed $200. Why would I ever want to re-schedule with this kind of unprofessionalism? I wonder what a small claims judge would say to me for my loss due to their negligence?

Elaine is not a doctor, she is a hippie who wanted to prescribe "alternative" treatments for depression and bipolar disorder like acupuncture and drum circles. Now as for the practice itself, please please never go to Associated Therapist Inc. That is the name of the company she works for. After a fruitless visit I paid a dollar copay with my PPO. I paid with a card. I got calls and letter saying I didnt pay. I had records but they continued to bill me and sent me to collection. This is not the first time this has happened. While I was smart enough to only go once, I saw that this has happened to others and am bringing this to a lawyers attention for a class action suit.

Ive been a patient for 14 years now. Ive never experienced any issues. Im shocked at the previous reviews. I believe these issues happened at a time when the office manager was out ill for about 1 year. Thank God, hes doing great now. Ive always said that place operates line a well oiled German machine.

Worse medical group I have ever encountered. Constantly cancelled appointments and provided less than stellar service. Would never recommend them.
