Dr. Stephanie Stefanelli is impossible to get a hold of. You are unable to cancel appointments because she leaves her voicemail full. So you are forced to go to the appointment even if you have an emergency or pay $150 cancellation fee. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the whole practice. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!
