The assistant is very unprofessional and argumentative. I Had only 1 missed appointment. Which they only allow 2 and I clearly understood. When I called to reschedule. He started arguing with me since the beginning. Didnt allow me to talk all. Saying I had two missed appointments and that I couldnt see the physcologists anymore. When I was more than sure I didnt. I only had 1. The reason I missed was because my grandmother passed away. It was her funeral. They didnt even try to work with me at all. Its clear your going for help. Instead of helping being that they work in the physcology field. They dont care. Just made things worse. I would recommend going to a more professional physiologist office based on my experience. Dont waste your time at this place. Go where theyre willing to work with you. He didnt even try to look for my file. Since theyre so unprofessional probably didnt even have one for me. I bet. I would give a negative rating if I could.
