Not happy. Tried to call in. Got a rude receptionist from the Vision Works, she then said "we dont do the eye exams here. You have to do them at the eye group." Then just put me on hold and didnt say what she was doing. Then I assume I got the Nigh group eye doctor office and another person just picked up the phone and just said "hold" then put me BACK on hold. Where I sat for 11 minutes. I then hung up and called back. To go through the same thing again. Finally the receptionist at the eye doctor picked up and said they had no appointments for the day I wanted and just said. "No, we dont have anything." Didnt offer to see if I could come another day or anything .... No worries. I went somewhere else and got contacts and glasses. Thank you!

Stopped in last week for a full eye exam as a new patient here. I have a terrible phobia of getting my eyes checked because of previous poor experiences at other places. Dr. Nigh and the rest of his staff were so patient and really helped me to relax throughout the whole process. This was such an amazing experience, everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I especially appreciated that even after the exam when I got my results I wasnt pressured to buy any glasses or contacts like I have been in the past. Overall 5 star experience I would recommend The Nigh Eye Group to anyone.
