Dont waste your time or money on this place. The service is absolutely awful. Even with an appointment, I waited over an hour to be seen by the only doctor at this mall location. The office staff take phone calls and greet walk-in browsers while assisting customers with appointments and giving preliminary eye exams. (Rude) Dont expect to save any money if you are insured with optical insurance - they will drain you dry with overpriced doctors fees and products. When my husband and I arrived to pick up our glasses for the first time, his frames were not even the ones he had picked out and ordered, and my lenses were way off the correct prescription strength. I was told, "Try wearing them for a few days until your eyes adjust, then if they dont feel right, we can reorder the them." I couldnt even see to drive! The frames they offer in the "insurance covered" section are cheap and ugly, so the money you forked over for optical insurance is useless. If you want a decent frame that actually looks nice, you will have to spend money on the pricey designer frames. The lenses are cheap plastic, and even though I paid extra for a "scratch-resistant coating," they got a scratch almost immediately from normal use, AND I had to pay a co-pay to have a single lense replaced. When I took my glasses in to have the repair done, the office employee kept my entire pair of glasses. When I went to pick them up I was told to bring my frames in so they could put the new lenses into the frames. When I told the employee that she kept the whole pair of glasses when I dropped them off and ordered the repair, she said she would have to "hunt around and see if she could find the same frame somewhere in the office, because they dont normally keep anyones glasses." Really??? Then where are my original glasses?? Wow. Just wow! Also ... be advised that ALL of the office staff at this location take the same lunch break from 1:00 - 2:00 PM every day and rope the entire optical store off during this time. While the office staff completed my order they completely closed down and turned away customer after customer inside this shopping mall location. Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for nearly 25 years and this is by far the WORST OPTICAL CENTER EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Never again! These two patients will be going elsewhere next year!

The desire to help is overshadowed by an unwillingness to create a solution creatively. Since I had my eye exam I have had only issues. The comtacts prescribed to me have been defective and caused irritation and frustration the entire time. The ladies that work here have replaced multiple boxes for me already and it is documented and acknowledged by the staff. My last contact split recently and luckily that had ONE "demo" lense left to help. Three days later a cut circle, like the other was on the rim of the lense. I contacted 800-contacts to get a lense I knew worked. When they contacted this business, every time, Dr Hasko was out of the office. 800 contacts was shocked at how uncooperative they were. I physically had to go to the office just to be told the Dr was not there and id get a call back. Today I get a call and am told I have to pay for another eye exam to get a different contact set, rather than offering it for free considering I already have paid for an eye exam. Every excuse came from the ladies mouth. It was," well its past 3 months", "well the exam would be $125 so were doing you a favor". No, youre not. Your trying to show exams on your numbers and get more money when the Dr should acknowledge the contacts are defective. I literally just want a different contact, one that doesnt go up $30 extra dollars, which is the difference in my good contacts for years and these new garbage ones. Im a patient person but this store will challenge your emotional integrity. Avoid them and go down to JCPenny or any other store. This little store is tucked away in a corner and businesses need to remember that consumers have real life needs for these and that any business that wants to retain and grow must take care of current customers. I will never revisit this locations and will tell every single person I see in the mall walking towards there to avoid at all costs. Consumers determine your success and your employees drive it. Dr if youre reading this get your stuff together. Youre a professional and charging people when your recommendation doesnt bear fruit, only frustration, shows a lack of integrity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Two young ladies on staff. One was absolutely rude while on the phone but the other young lady was a pleasure to work with. Vision insurance nearly useless here. Will get better use of vision benefits elsewhere.
