They had my mom fill out an application to apply for laboratory discount fees. Which was fine, my mom is on unemployment so I thought she would qualify, it turns out that she did not qualify and they didnt even tell her how much what she was getting done would cost prior to the exam. They seemed very disorganized. The Dr was pleasant but it took her an hour to see my mom despite the fact we had an appointment. The person who did the referral for my mom to get a mammogram was rude, she also took my moms information to get the discount for laboratory fees and seemed annoyed by the fact we brought the information with us-copies of her unemployment checks. Not worth it, do not bother with the Community Health Center (CHC). Now my mom is left with a bill over $2400 and didnt even have say as to if she wanted to pay that much. My mom does not have insurance which is why she went to the CHC. I realize medical is expensive but CHC had horrible service. Go elsewhere if you can.

Wish I could rate zero stars. After calling in with extreme tooth pain, I was told the next available appointment was in one week and 2 days for an extraction. I begged to be put on the call in list for cancelled appointments. I called daily with no luck. This is the second time this has happened even though they claim to have walk in emergency services. While waiting I ended up in the hospital twice shortly after with a very bad abscess that required IV and oral antibiotics and a cat scan. My face was swollen 8 times its normal size on one side. Also Chc does not offer pain medication even after difficult extractions if you are on medicaid which is completely biased and prejudice. They tell you to take ibuprofen and send you on your way. The pain I was in for over a week was worse than labor and delivery. If you are on medicaid and want prompt service and to be treated right go to the Everett dental clinic on casino road

Even though I thought their prices would be low I was wrong, When I called in and made a appointment for initial screening which includes x-rays I was told the cost would be $97 after I went in they told me that that is only for one x-ray and not 18 which does include the whole mouth so it would be extra $130 so I ended up paying $227. The doctor was running around from one patient to another and told me they did not have time to check my gums and I would have to make another appointment. I thought this was part of the initial screening?? It seems that people there dont really know what they are doing at the check-in desk etc.So final though, I wish I have initially gone to regular dentist because the prices would have been similar and also I think they would explain things in better detail then this place. Also they gave me my x-xray images on printed laser printer instead of a CD or on picture quality paper.

Go somewhere else. Seriously. Dont consider this location for anything. At all. Ever. The sheer incompetence, inability to get anything done and the time involved is unreal. No one department can get a hold of anyone in another. They wont give you a physical prescription to fill at their pharmacy. No, they have to send it there. And it wont make it there. Ever. Even after six freaking hours. And then they try to get you to do their own jobs by sending you back and forth from the office to the pharmacy. Hours later you will leave without having filled your prescription and one department blaming the other. Whatever your health concerns are, no matter how close this place may be to you, no matter how urgent your needs may be, NO ONE here gives enough of a crap about you or your health to actually make sure anything gets done. Avoid it. For your own sake. Please.

My 18 year old son fell last night and partially broke his two front teeth. We called the clinic around 10:30pm and their answering service took our call. They had a dentist call us back around 11:30pm to answer our questions. We called the clinic the next morning and made a same-day appointment. They took us in as an evaluation, but repaired my sons teeth that same day. We didnt have to make an appointment in the future to have his teeth repaired. For this we thank you very much. Both my son and I have had our teeth cleaned here and are very pleased. I have also had some teeth pulled due to abscesses. The doctors are dedicated to maintaining their patients health and comfort. We love the doctors, and their supporting staff are wonderful. We are so very grateful for Community Health Center, Everett South.

Just had to call twice because the after hours "emergency" line is in such a hurry to hang up on you that they cant even answer all your questions. I asked one question the first call and before I could even get the first word of my response out I was hung up on and forced to call back. Second call was treated rudely and hung up on again before I could get my final question answered. Hire people who can show courtesy over the phone please!! Or maybe add a voicemail option?? Such poor customer service!!

Me and my boyfriend went to CHC together for same exact thing. I went first then my boyfriend I had to wait three weeks for an appointment for an extraction, they gave my boyfriend an appointment for the following week and the dentist also told him he could come back and hang for a bit and she would squeeze him in. My boyfriend is very handsome and this dentist was hitting on him.

The employees at the front desk are always pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr morlin is a very compassionate and really takes the time to find out what is wrong and how to help me. I love that they have same day apps so Im not pushed out a whole week when Im sick. Ive been going here for years and have not once had a problem. Not once.

I had a very painful broken filling/tooth. The Dr really didnt have the time,,,,,, but MADE the time. This morning woke up with no tooth pain. SO VERY GRATEFUL! Thank you!
