My daughter had to wait for the first visit with a toothache. I accepted that requirement and we both counted the days to the appointment. I tried all home ways to help my daughter hold on. A day before the visit, after 4 weeks of waiting, they informed me by a cell that my visit will cost me a lot because my insurance does not cover the treatment of a child aged 8 years. The month earlier when I called this office to determine the details I gave ALL my insurance policy information as well as my daughters age. I am disgusted with such a careless treatment of the suffering child. Im forced to look for help somewhere else and I hope it will not be one more month...

After calling once at 9:00 on a Wednesday and was hung up on I called back only to go to a recording. When I called again I spoke to a girl at the office who after several questions transferred my call to someone else in the office only to listen to a message stating they would call me back. First impressions say a lot about a business and this was not good

This is one busy dentist office and I see why. Dr. Sierra and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly and his work is very efficient and effective. Many people look for medical and dental services close to their home, but we gladly make the drive to ensure we receive the best services.

Amazing Dentist. He fixed my son tongue tie and was so knowledgeable about breastfeeding and even had a little room set up so I can go and nurse my son right after it was done. Love going and felt so safe there.
