The dental office of Marnie C Bauer has a very nice interior, which I would expect of a cosmetic dentist that is looking to get you to spend money. The associates on the other hand were NOT so great. After being seated in the dental chair the dental assistant asked me what I was in for today and if I had any concerns. I let her know very politely that I am here for my first appointment with the office and would like to take part in all the services covered under my insurance. She then made a rude off hand comment that I have the wrong approach toward my insurance and my dental care. I brushed that off as I thought she may just be having a bad day. Then Dr Arauz (the secondary dentist in the practice) came into the room and started explaining a few details worth of information to me about my teeth. I asked him a questions about how he came to the conclusion for one of the pieces of information and he responded with a very pompous and snarky comment "I know because I went to school for 8 years to be a dentist...that is how I know". At that moment I knew this dentist was not for me. Not only were the staff rude to me, but I felt as if the entire time I was in the chair I was being sold on why I should spend thousands of dollars on my teeth and how my current situation doesnt look to good. To summarize: As an individual I like to seek out goods and services from local businesses that respect me, have my best interest in mind, and care for my true needs. If you feel the same way as me and look for the same characteristic/traits I would suggest you look else where for a dentist.

Best Dentist Office in Tampa, hands down. I admittedly don’t like going to the Dentist and in turn put off going for several years. My first visit was very warm and welcoming. Everyone on the staff has a great attitude, and I did not “feel bad” for the extra effort it took to get back on track. Eve is the best Hygienist I have ever had, and Dr. Bauer was just as awesome! I recently went back for a cleaning and cavity filling, and this time Dr. Freddy did my procedure. Along with my cavity, he took his time to recap a composite that had been chipped and turned yellow. He did an amazing job blending it in with my teeth and made a perfect match. Words cant described the outcome and how much of a cosmetic improvement he did. Its hard to believe I would have ever said this, but going to the dentist is no longer a chore!

Going to Dr. Bauers office was a wonderful experience! The office is very beautiful and the staff is very catering and friendly. I initially had an appointment with my current dental office to have a tooth extracted. I also wanted to have an amalgam filling removed and replaced with the white composite filling. My dental office was giving me a hard time and their schedule couldnt align to allow me to have both teeth fixed on the same visit. Long story short, my tooth that was to be extracted cracked on Tuesday. I stumbled across the contact info for Dr. Bauers office, called in and they set up my free consult. On my appointment day Dr. Bauer took very good care of me, WITH VERY LITTLE PAIN! Very pleasant visit and I will be switching to her office!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Bauers office. The customer service is superb from the Girls at the front desk, the Dental Assistant, and the Lady who explained my benefits to me. I am thankful to have found a dental team that actually cares and I would proudly recommend to anyone. Dr. Bauer was very helpful in every step of the way explaining everything that I would need to get a great smile again.Thank you Dr. Bauer and your team for a Great Dental Experience. Had another great experience at Dr. Bauers office when I had some work done on my fillings and a crown. Went in thinking about lots of pain, but I came out with a sigh of relief that the experience was very nice and no pain felt due to extra care from Cr. Bauer and her assistant.

My experience at Bauer Dentistry was everything I could hope for. The office is professional, attractive, clean, and well appointed. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. Speaking from my experience I can say that Dr Bauer is easy to talk to, listens and answers questions with understanding and compassion, is dedicated to providing the patient with the best possible solutions--medically, cosmetically, and financially--while aiming for the best possible results. Its not easy to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with and can trust to make decisions that are in my best interest. However Dr Bauer is that dentist!

Everyone at Dr. Bauers office is friendly, welcoming, and highly skilled. I have been using this office for all my dental needs for over a year and I could not be more pleased. I become more impressed and appreciative with every visit whether for routine maintenance or more serious dental work. Dr. Marnie Bauer, her associates, hygienists, and front office staff working together make visiting their office a pleasure rather than an unpleasant event. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically unless I had ten stars to work with (and then they would be a twelve)!

Just simply a really great team to get serviced by. Professional email reminders, great personalities, I get handled with the right amount of care and effort, nothing is overdone, Jen is great keeping in touch with me, Alice does a wonderful job on keeping my teeth and gums in good shape and most of all, Karen is a very competent dentist and over the last several years Ive grown to really trust her with my mouth. Very pleased with service and work. Dr. Bauer is very very considerate and thorough in the way she approaches treatments. She took the time to explain in detail every aspect of my treatment and continued to check in with me after the treatment was complete...bringing me in back several times just to make sure everything was right. The quality of the work was A+ and the staff could not be more helpful or courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer for any of your dentistry needs.

I cannot IMAGINE a better dentist experience! My 6 year old, 9 year old, and I all had appointments with Dr. Freddy last week. The office was AMAZING ... it felt like a spa. I couldnt believe it. Not only plenty of magazines but huge art books - what a wonderful touch! All the amenities you expect and more. The office staff and hygienists where friendly, prompt, and thorough. I am so grateful for this dental office. I plan to be a lifelong patient.

After many years of searching for a dentist in Tampa, I finally stumbled across Dr. Bauer and team, and I never looked back. They provide fantastic care and do so with a smile, always taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions. Ive never been treated badly for not flossing often enough or felt pressured to buy expensive mouthwashes or other items I dont need, which is refreshing. I cannot recommend Dr. Bauer and her practice more highly!
