GOOD & BAD EXPERIENCE --- Ive seen two dentist in the past year regarding a bad tooth the first was "Agoka Dental", they saw me the same day I called. I had a short wait time(30 minutes) and the dentist spent 30 or more minutes examining my teeth with an assistant and discussing a plan. Although I did not have the tooth pulled, I was very pleased with the time he spent and his thoroughness. Prices were reasonable. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MY BAD EXPERIENCE --- A year later, my tooth acted up again. Im currently out of work and a limited budget. To save a few bucks(not really), I went to the "Dental Walk-in Clinic". I feel I paid for a service but did not get it. All I got was an up-sell and no care. - They saw me the same day as well, but made me wait over an hour before I saw a dentist. While waiting in the lobby one guy walked in off the street with no appointment(that is what he said to the receptionist) and they saw him 20 minutes before they saw me. Finally I saw an assistant who took an xray, then 20 minutes later the dentist who spent a total of 3 or so minutes with me. They quoted me over the phone $80 for appointment w/1 x-ray, plus $85 to pull the tooth, but then quoted $165 to pull the tooth when at the office. I didnt have the money. so I took a prescription. A week and a half later I finished my prescription of antibiotics. A few days later my tooth started acting up again. I applied to get assistance from the county and in the meantime I wanted to keep the infection in check and called to have my antibiotics renewed. NO not without an appointment which is another fee. In my opinion the fact that I spent $80 just two weeks before for an appointment and told them my financial issues they could easily just call-in a prescription for antibiotics. They do not care about their patients, its more about the money.

I took my husband there his face was swollen on one side of his face. My husband was impressed with them. After he was seen.He was told to take the antiboctic for a week then come back and have it pulled. They gave him a pain pills. Well after going around and around with my husbands dental ins. we decided to go back to the walk In to have the tooth removed. Husband came out and stated that the dentist he was suppose to see switch on him he had to see an other Dr. I had made the app: so he could see the same dr. he had seen before. Ok I thought my husband was fine so I took him home and find out that the dentist wanted him to take 5 more days of antiboctic but he only had to pills left. So I called and was speaking with the receptionist and explain the problem to her and after 20 mins. on hold she came back to tell me the dentist could not give him anymore pain meds. I explain to her that he did not want the pain pill so she put me back on hold. another 20 mins later she states the Dr. will call in his meds. Went to pick up the antibotic pd. for it and when I got home it was pain pill. I was so angry I called back and the receptionist stated that my husband would have to come back in to see the Dr. I explain to her that he had to go to work he had been out of work for a week and had to go out of town for work. They did not give a damn it was the only way he could get his antibiotic. One they should have given him a script for it when he was there then it would have not caused such a problem. My husband is out of town and I hope his infection does not come back because they did not do what needed to be done.

I had two severely broken back molars that I had put off getting taken care of for a very long time; Ive always been petrified of the dentist. I was not only afraid of the pain of having the dentist extract them, but also of the cost of having them done. A week ago, one of the molars broke again - this time, leaving a sharp piece that cut my tongue. I knew I couldnt put off the extractions any longer, and came online looking for a place to go. I saw the reviews for Dental Walk In Clinic and decided that it was as good a place as any to go. I had my two teeth extracted a week ago, and I go back tomorrow to have stitches removed. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this clinic. Dr. Beach was extremely friendly and professional, as were both of his assistants. At no time was I afraid or anxious. I came out after my procedure, gauze in my mouth, and told my mom (whod driven me) that it was hands-down, the best experience Id ever had at a dental office and that I shouldve taken care of the problem years earlier. I would have if Id known what an easy experience it would be. Do not hesitate to try Dental Walk-In Clinic. They dont take dental insurance (I have it, but decided to come here anyway). However, the price I paid to have both of my teeth surgically extracted was reasonable, IMO, and Dr. Beach explained all charges very clearly to me ahead of the procedure. The experience was well worth any small extra amount over what Id have paid with my insurance anyway. DEFINITELY recommend these folks. Go. Dont put it off. You wont regret it.

I am not one to leave reviews about places, good or bad, but the way I was treated here was so exceptional that it deserves praise. To start, I should say that I am complete and total "dental basket case". Which is in part why I needed an emergency extraction. With the appointment process, they were so accommodating. I changed appointments 3 times with no problem. Then I arrive and the office is very nice and welcoming. In no time at all I was taken into the room. Now the hygienist was extremely nice and quick with the x-ray (which by the way was located in the room, all very convienient) I was seen by the doctor no more than 10 minutes later. Dr. Beach was FANTASTIC. He explained everything and even offered to do the treatment the same day. My treatment took 30 minutes and Dr. Beach comforted me throughout the process. And the prices were completely affordable, unlike most dental offices. Especially for emergency care. If that hadnt been enough, they also called me the day after my procedure to check on me and assure me that I can call with any questions or concerns. I have avoided the dentist for years and years, but thanks to Dr. Beach and the staff at the clinic, I feel comfortable with getting all my dental needs fulfilled there. Id give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Dental walk in clinic , you have no idea how much you helped me!

The Dental Walk In Clinic is the place to go if you need any dental treatment done! If you need any treatment or have been weary of going to the dentist in the past, do not hesitate! This is the clinic that will get you back on track with your dental needs and concerns! They are open 7 days a week for emergencies and comprehensive treatment. You will find that their prices are lower than many other dentists and their staff are very friendly and professional. I felt absolutely comfortable from the second I walked in the clinic. The clinic itself has a great atmosphere and there are TVs in every room to help you get comfortable. As far as the staff and dentists, they are wonderful and caring. I tend to have dental anxiety, but the staff and doctors at the clinic did an amazing job working with my anxiety rather than many clinics that have difficulty managing an anxious patient. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. As far as my procedure goes, I had been in pain with a tooth that needed treatment (root canal). I was able to be seen on the weekend and the dentist did a great job explaining the procedure and getting me out of pain. I am blessed that I have found a clinic that has exceeded my expectations in all aspects and I have been referring all my friends here. Big Thanks to The Dental Walk In Clinic Team!
