I started going to Bright Side in 2008, after being a dental-phobe for 20+ years. I had bad experiences in childhood, and also in adulthood with dentists who didnt listen to me when I said "youre hurting me!". So, I stopped going altogether, and told myself that as long as I brushed and flossed diligently, I would never have to go to a dentist again. I started having problems with old fillings receding, and one morning, I woke up to discover that one of my molars was partially gone. I saw an add for Bright Side, and called. The receptionist was kind and comforting. I actually started crying while I was talking to her, because I knew I had no choice! I had to visit a dentist! When I arrived for my appointment, the entire staff tried their best to make me comfortable! I ended up with a root canal, several fillings,and a cleaning. I have been visiting every six months ever since! I want to add.....Jessica is an excellent hygenist. She knows all my nuances and gives me special consideration because of my old fears. Shes gentle and considerate, and an asset to Bright Side Dental. I have had several procedures since then, and Ive even graduated to "no nitrous".

Ive been a patient with them for almost 5 years never realized how much they were charging until you lose insurance if you want to save money go somewhere else . And also if you have insurance still go somewhere else because your insurance most likely will cover only $1,000 a year and you are responsible for the rest so they overcharge everything on their work. I needed a root canal retreat so they referred me to root canal specialist that was $1600 insurance covered $1000 and I had to pay only $600. Than I had to go back to Brightside Dental to get permanent filling after reviewing the X-ray they recommend me to replace the crown . They quote me $1350 since i use my insurance already I have to pay out of my pocket for the whole amount. So I decided to shop around for different local dentist ,I found a dentist has been doing his practice for 30 years. They quote me $700 . thats $650 in saving . thats just crazy . And also the crown and the filling are porcelain.

Bright Side is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have never gone to a dentist and felt so cared for. They are always smiling and going out of their way to make sure you are happy and property cared for. When getting check ups, they always make sure I am not in pain and make sure I am comfortable. They even send you birthday cards to remind you that they care about you and want to keep you. If there is a problem, such as a cavity, they will quickly take care of the problem or schedule an appointment within a couple weeks. Bright Side is full of wonderful and sweet people who always get the job done well. I am sure that anyone who goes there will be happy with their experience at Bright Side Dental.

In the beginning when I got my braces my mother paid half the cost out of pocket and the other half was for insurance and my father to pay but falling on hard times my father was not able to pay so I had to . I tried my best to make payments and make my apps while in college and working. Once during my routine tightening Dr. Clement Adams told me that "most people never come back". That remark hurt my feelings because months before I had gotten into a car accident so I wasnt able to make my appointments due to the location. Point being if you dont have the money to pay right away or if you fall on hard times the great customer service and smiles go out the window , from both Dr.Adams and his assistant.

Worst service I have ever received!! I went in and it took an hour for the doctor to see me (I just needed a veneer cemented back in). He then came in and said oh that will only take 5 minutes. He then left and finished surgery in another room. He returned another hour later and did. Half job putting it in. I asked what I do when it falls off Im a week bc of it. He told me I can come back and hell tell me to go get crowns. Sure enough it fell out within 2 weeks. I went back in and the other doctor did a much better job. But they were going to charge me another $180 until I complained. They were very rude on top of it all. I would never go back here again.

I found this dentist office after looking for an office near my home. On my 1st visit I had a complete exam and discovered that I needed a root canal. The office made an appointment for me 1 week after my vacation. My appointment was at 9am and I was seen @ 9:10. The procedure went very well-the dentist took the time to answer all my questions (1st time having root canal). I was able to go to work with little/minor pain. (Dentist wrote a prescription for 800 Motrin). Glad I didnt take a vacation day for the procedure. 11 hours later-all is going well with little pain/swelling. Glad I picked this location!

I recently went to Bright Side for my first time for a cleaning and Id have to say it was the most pleasant experience Ive had at a dentist office. I have always hated the potent smell and atmosphere of dentist offices but Bright Side provided and happy, less intimidating, atmosphere. My experience with the hygienist was especially pleasant. Most dentists can be awkward as their hands are in your mouth but at Bright Side, they keep you talking, or groaning more or less, while they talk to you making you feel at ease. I will not go to another office to get my teeth cleaned. Bright Side is the best.

I would live here if I could. Everyone is so nice and Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Hammoud do an amazing job every time. I am a very new patient but the level of kindness this office shows me makes me comfortable when I come for my next visit Nicole made it so easy for my first visit, and I love my goody bag with my new electronic tooth brush. I love this place, and the fact that they allow you to make payments warms my heart. Dont look any where else come to Brightside with no questions asked. I also love that they call and text me when my appointments are. Never leaving this place.

I had a dental emergency and was in desperate need of a root canal. The staff was very accommodating and got me in same day just 1 hour after I contacted them. Dr. Jacobs was very kind, caring and did an excellent job taking care of me. I ended up having to have the tooth pulled (and it was quite difficult to remove) but he was patient and concerned about my own comfort throughout the extraction. He personally called me the next day to see how I was doing, and the staff also followed up with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacobs and Bright Side Dental to anyone!

I believe and know this is the best dental office that I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Hammoud, and dental staff are friendly to their patients starting from the beginning of signing in to the end of the scheduling and payment team. Brightside Dental will work with you in any circumstances. The best thing is that I had a birthday recently and I received a birthday card in the mail plus a text saying happy birthday to me. How AWESOME is that lol. I have always recommended Brightside Dental to everyone I know. Go Team!!!! Yall Rock!!!!!
