I was referred to Dr. Knight from another local dermatologist, with whom he rotates coverage on occasion. I called his office to set up a consultation appt. for this specific skin treatment. My every interaction with this office, phone or direct contact, has been unpleasant. When you call as a new patient, they do NOT so much as ask your name, but what insurance you have. If it is not insurance they accept, youre made to feel very unwelcome, even if you make it clear you intend to pay out of pocket. Once I was finally given an appointment and went in, the front desk staff came across as very cold and indifferent. Also, there was no mention ever made of a consultation fee either by the office staff or on the website, but I was ultimately charged ...$112 to be exact. On another occasion, I made multiple calls attempting to set up another appt. with Dr. Knight himself. I was bounced around between Anna, Bridgett, and Laurie, repeatedly placed on hold, or disconnected. And, none of my calls were ever returned. It is beyond me how this office manages to survive with such astounding lack of courtesy and professionalism toward patients.

I had a cyst that need to be drained under my arm. I got there and they attempted to drain it but it didnt. Although days later it did. But the negative part is that Dr. Knight just walked in and ordered a culture exam to be done saying that he wanted to know what it was. He didnt tell me if this was going to be extra cost or what just took it. A visit that just suppose to be $75 turned out to be $260. Unnecessary money spent. Days later I get a bill from Quest Diagnostics stating I owe them $298 for the exam. SCAM! So now I owe him and them. He knew it was just a simple sebaceous cyst but he just wanted to make him and someone else extra money. Hes okay because it kinda helped relieve the problem but just keep in mind doctors who try to gyp you.

Awesome The staff and Dr. Knight are really awesome. The facility is beautiful, the nurses who work for Dr. Knight are always friendly and polite. Dr. Knight is always smiling. He is attentive,listens and professionally sound in his procedures and treatments. State of the art equipment is used and the office is always clean. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime!
