Well, we went here for my son. I dont think the doctor was rude. Slightly condensending though. I read through all of the reviews before we went in, and we went in a bit scared. Ill post a few points. 1. My son is in a wheelchair. He cannot walk. This facility does not have an elevator, or ramp going up to the second floor. It was very difficult for us to get my son and his wheelchair up to the second floor. She did offer to make our next appointment at a facility where we didnt have to go up stairs. That was very kind, BUT it is still against the ADA for a medical facility to not have an elevator if they are on the second floor of an office building. 2. One of the first things she mentioned was that she was not wearing her doctor coat because "apparently it scares children and I dont want to scare your son" this stood out to me because one of the previous reviews stated that the dermatologist lady scared her grand daughter and it seemed to bother her. So I found this a bit condescending. 3. She kept trying to insist that my sons condition is because of contact dermatitis. I can understand her reasoning, but the only way to get his rash to go away is to use yeast medication. She even specifically stated that if the Diflucan made it do away, then that is not characteristic of dermatitis. That the only thing that Diflucan treats is yeast. So my logic was that if the rash completely goes away with a yeast medication then it is not contact dermatitis. The rash ALWAYS comes back within 1-2 days of stopping yeast treatment, so I am afraid that it is a form of resistant yeast. After explaining to her my logic, she is still saying we need to change wipes and diapers on top of a new yeast cream and an anti-inflamitory medicine. I will follow her advice and try a different diaper and water wipes. I understand sometimes you can get a reaction from something that you have used for years. I know, it has happened to me before. But the rash looks nothing like contact dermatitis, and the only thing that helps it is a yeast medication. 4. The receptionist was kind enough. I didnt have any problems with her being rude. It seem like she was forcing a smile, it didnt seem genuine, but I really wouldnt complain. Sometimes you are having a bad day. The assistant helping the doctor was kind. She sat in on the whole appointment for what I am assuming is because of all of the complaints they have had. So Im betting it was a backup to ensure that its not a he said she said battle if someone complains. It didnt bother me having her there. She even was kind enough to have the receptionist get my son a sticker after his apt. Overall if you have a simple issue then you may try your luck here. I dont know how knowledgeable she really is about skin conditions. Once she gets an idea in her head it gets stuck there. So if you have a serious concern I may suggest getting it checked out elsewhere. Personally I wont be taking my son back. We got a hold of our doctor office and got a referral to infectious disease. I feel they may be more knowledgeable on what is going on with my son. And they may even culture his rash to ensure a proper diagnosis.

I have never been treated so badly by so called medical professionals and I have been a healthcare professional for more than 15 years. I made an appointment for 2 and by 245 when I asked what was taking so long they informed me that my appointment was really at 230 even though when my appointment was confirmed it was confirmed for 2pm not 230. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the rushed me out of the office without providing me with a single service. I was told to go to another office and see someone else because no one at the office has the skills to assess or treat me. If you value your time, money, or skin stay far away from this office. Unless of course you like to waste your time for absolutely no reason other then to be treated like garbage by their God awful receptionist or want to be rushed though options they are unwilling to explain to you for whatever reason. BTW you are not actually allowed to see an actual doctor so I hope your happy with a random nurse that doesnt tell you who she is or what her credentials are. Again the worst experience ever.

This happened to me awhile ago... I have just been to busy to write a review. I have also found another dermatologist since then. I came in for my routine skin check up because my mother has skin cancer so Im naturally concerned for my own skin. I had to get a spot removed on my chest. (I have had done this before with minimal scarring and you cant even tell Where they were) I dont know what was different this time but she literally cut a deep square in my skin much deeper and larger than the spot. I was horrified when I peeled the band aid off! Now I have a ugly square shaped scar/hole in the middle of my chest. I even had one that kept returning that we had to remove a few times that doesnt even look like this one. I never came back to tell her my dissatisfaction. I dont normally leave bad reviews - but I now have an unsightly scar in the middle of my chest that Im having another doctor trying to repair the damage. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I came to this office because I would have never gone.

My wife had gone here for a cyst on her leg. Not only was it treated incorrectly but we were charged a lot of money. For my wifes care that doesnt matter. After they took a sample we awaited patiently for a diagnosis. After a couple of weeks we called them and I guess they had the results??? Not only were they wrong and another physician treated us properly but we were charged another outrages amount. Oh yeah, we went to another physician and they said we need to treat or she could lose her leg. The incorrect diagnosis could have cost my wife her leg. last but not least, later we get a bill stating we are being sent to collections for non payment with no communication from this crappy establishment. There is literally any place better then this, please if you care about your loved ones and your financial situation dont go there!!

you have younger kids do not take your kids here! This woman clearly was a nutt case! She was wondering why my little one was freaking out because she kept saying its going to burn and its going to hurt over and over again. She was super dramatic and will tell u about other peoples visits which should be private information. She had treated me with disrespect, and when I had asked her about what to do after care for my son she told me to follow the directions on the prescription. Something is not right with this woman! Makes me wonder if she even knew what she was doing!

My boyfriend has visited this office for a while, but he has never seen the Dermatologist. Always the nurse, he has been dealing with some skin problems which she hasnt been able to solve. She is a nice person but she isnt prepared well enough to deal with all skin issues and she even prescribed many creams to treat other skin problems. Very frustrated for the time and money spent.
