I arrived for my appointment at Seriously Skin and this is how it went. When I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk girl that was either having a really bad day, or hates her job. She was really rude, unpleasant, no smile, and snotty. That was my first impression. I filled out my paperwork, and did not have to wait long. They brought me back into a private room right away and just snapped a bunch of random photos. After that, I waited a few minutes in a treatment room, and soon after a woman walked in to talk to me. Immediately, before even discussing the procedure I was there for, she was trying to sell me additional treatment and procedures, that added up to over $1,000.!! She seemed artificially pleasant. She also seemed annoyed that I just wanted to just go ahead and stick with what I had purchased off of Groupon. I was bothered that she looked at me and said, "well, yeah, youve done this before." Um, no. It states that on my medical history that I had never done the procedure before. I am in the medical profession. And I can guarantee you that a medical history is the first thing myself and the Dr. review very thoroughly before treating a patient. When the Dr. came in she was very nice. The procedure was quick and painless. But I saw NO results. At all. Zilch. Very very disappointed. Seriously Skin needs to tell people how much of an area of a face that the product will cover. They advertise 20 units of botox, which 99% of people wont know that that will barely cover a forehead. They say they gave me 20 units, 10 of which were in my hairline, or above. Very confused by that. She proceeded to give me about 4 super quick shots in the center of my forehead, and 2 by each eye. After all that, Nothing. They tell you if you have no results, call them, and you can come back, at cost out of my pocket. I will not be returning, nor recommending. Pretty bummed about this.

Let me begin by saying overall my experience was WONDERFUL and therefore, I will start with the good...because the good TOTALLY outweighed the small little hiccup. I just moved back to the area after having been away for 21 years. I had a doctor I loved and trusted in my former city...so I knew it was going to be hard to compare...but Seriously did a great job! I was a little taken aback to found the salon was in a strip mall...but once you walked through the door...you would have never known. The reception area is comfortable and welcoming. (The only change I would make to the reception area would be to make the cycling video a bit longer, because if you have to wait any length of time...it becomes EXTREMELY monotonous...but once I started reading...I just tuned it out!) The office was very well decorated and clean! The staff was caring, compassionate and professional. So for my little hiccup...basically... they were running behind and my 11:30 appointment turned into an almost 1:00 appointment. HOWEVER....the staff and Dr. Kish were EXTREMELY apologetic and offered to reschedule if I needed to, etc etc. So...as I said in the beginning...the good TOTALLY outweighed that small little challenge. AND....Dr. Kish was well worth the wait! She is AWESOME!! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable...but she listens to your needs and treats accordingly. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Kish and Seriously Skin! I am looking forward to future treatments and visits!

I arrived early for my appointment with my paperwork completed. A few more forms were given to me by the receptionist when I checked in. After 25 minutes of waiting in the reception area, I asked the receptionist if it was going to be much longer. She responded that someone was going to be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and finally an assistant took me to a room for pictures and I was then moved to an examining room. Another 10 minutes pass and an aesthetician comes in to try and sell me anything and everything. We finally agree on the initial service that I came for. Another 5 minutes pass and the doctor and nurse arrive - - 65 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Kish was all business and responded short and to the point with my questions. This is the second time and last time I will patronize Seriously Skin. The first visit several months ago was much the same.

Dr. Kish is absolutely the best. I had filler injected in my lip by another doctor about a month ago and it was horrible. I had lumps and it was completely uneven. My husband was so upset with me that I did this to myself. I was crying all the tome. One of my friends told me to call Dr. Kish to see if she could fix it. I had a consult with her and she was so kind and understanding. She dissolved my filler and a couple of weeks later she re-did them with a different product and they are amazing now. I just went to see her for my follow up and there were two more ladies that I was talking to in the waiting room that were also there to have her fix botched filler jobs! Save yourself the heartache, go to the best first!

When I made my initial appointment with Seriously Skin, I did not know exactly what procedure would be the best to rejuvenate my skin. At the time I was 47 and had spent a little too much time in the sun. During my consultation, the esthetician reviewed what procedures would be the best for me and detailed the specifics of each procedure. She also answered all of my questions competently and patiently. Any anxieties I had disappeared because of her patience, knowledge, and thoughtfulness. Three years later, and after multiple services & products, I remain a loyal client and continue to be wowed by the exemplary service & product Seriously Skin delivers.

I initially went to Seriously Skin for tattoo removal, and have continuously found the staff to be both knowledgeable and accommodating of my needs. Not only have my results exceeded expectations, but I have also taken advantage of laser hair removal and treatment for scars that I thought I would have forever. I like that I am able to have a full consultation before starting any new treatment so that I can feel comfortable and confident about what to expect. The front desk staff is pleasant and professional. As a military man, I appreciate an establishment that dots the is and crosses the ts.

I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL, I GET FILLERS ALL THE TIME, BUT NEVER BOTOX I REALLY JUST WANTED A EYE BROW LIFT , Dr Jennifer Kish and staff is amazing, I felt for 149.00 let me try it , if it gives me results I want then i will keep going back,no bleeding no swelling just a slight headache, but overall needle is very small , a few pricks , and trust me I get juverderm all the time so that needle hurts.. overall I like the results , I wll be going back for more of course ,, I love fillers they make a big difference if you have the right Dr. do it,

I purchased a Groupon for 1 ml of Restylane. This was my very first experience with injectable fillers. The facility was very nice.You will feel like your in Melania Trumps bathroom, it really is that posh. The staff treated me with respect and was very helpful. Dr. Jennifer Kish is incredible! She is genuine, kind, and very good at what she does. I felt no pain at all during my mid face injections. And much to my surprise 1 ml produced noticeable results. I will definitely be going back to Seriously Skin.
