From the moment I arrived for my initial visit, I was impressed by a comfortable waiting area enhanced by a very pleasant and efficient staff. A freshly brewed cup of coffee during my brief wait hit the spot. My eye examination began with a delightful and friendly optometric technician at the appointed time and proved to be more thorough than I had experienced in the past with other Optometric services. After the initial examination was completed, the doctor showed up to administer some additional procedures and to explain, in great detail, all the results. All in all, I was totally satisfied with my visit to Trinity Vision Center and will continue to use their services as needed in the future.

I love the office and the doctor Dr. Kim. But Im not very happy with the people over there where you get your glasses. I used my old frames. And wanted sunglasses prescription. They told me two weeks. 15 days later I go in to get my regular prescriptions glasses. And asked about my sunglasses that ran about $650. They told me they werent in. then on day 20. They called me and asked me if I wanted to start my order over again. Something about the lenses and my insurance. All I can say is its the last time I will ever buy glasses from them.

I have a very busy schedule and it makes it difficult to arrange medical appointments. The staff at Trinity Vision Center of Boerne not only scheduled me during my limited vacation time, but was able to coincided my appointment with the appointments of my children so we could all be seen within the same time frame and on the same day! Additionally, the doctor is nice and informative. He answered all our questions and we were able to order our contacts there in the office.

Doctor Kim was very informative and professional, I am a high information patient and love a doctor who takes the time to educate me on my particular eye health. Trinity Vision Center is a very professional, smooth running Drs office! Dr. Kim and Dr. Scannell are great doctors and really took time explaining everything involving my eyes. Applied for an appointment on Sunday at their website for a pain in my left eye. Come Monday morning, no one called to set an appointment. I called them and was told that it would be Wednesday at the earliest date to see the doctor. Called another eye doctor and got an appointment Monday afternoon.

Great eye doctor and optical office! The office is run very efficiently - easy to schedule an appointment and no waiting when you get there. They are also very helpful and generous with sample contacts, so you can try different types until you find the one that works for you. Highly recommend!

DONT GO!!!!!!!!!!! Find somewhere else!!! They were completely misleading about what our insurance would cover, then when we called back to ask why we werent told that our insurance didnt cover any materials, they called us liars. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to run away!!

I didnt know I was a diabetic until I had an eye exam. Dr. Kim is an Air Force doc and his recommendations helped get my blood sugar under control with the help of my family practice doctor. Besides that, theyve got some professional and stylish frames in their optical. Give em a shot.

Dont go there!! There turned out to be a lot of hidden fees, which resulted in a very high bill. When I later called the office manager about it, she hung up on me. Go somewhere else. There are places with much better service.
