Fast, Friendly, and Professional Experience - Instantly greeted by the friendly reception desk staff upon arrival. The sign-in, payment process, and the patient information questionnaire was fast and easy. Without delay I was called back to begin the eye exam process. Dr. Kai and members of the staff were very attentive and clearly explained the function of each instrument and equipment device. The eye exam results were then discussed as well as the recommended treatment and prescription. Frame selection was made easy by a knowledgeable technician who helped me choose frames that are stylish and suitable to my taste. He also recommended and explained several available options for lenses which maximize eye comfort by reducing glare, UV rays, eyestrain, and fatigue. Finally, he reviewed bill with me line-by-line pointing out the insurance deductions and explained my coverages and that the remaining balance plus my co-pay was my cost. Great overall experience.

This place seriously has the worst service. I waited till I had a couple of experiences before writing a review because everyplace has a "bad day". Every time I went in for and appointment, it was like they couldnt get me out of there fast enough! And how many people are going to ask me the same "how are your contacts doing?" question? If you ask me and arent going to pass the info on to whoever can fix the issue, stop asking! I get tired of repeating myself. Today was the last straw. Made an appointment on a Wednesday for 4:45 so that I could miss as little of work as possible, hit some traffic and walked in at 4:55. (They close at 6 today). At 5:08 the girl comes up and says "you were here for a contact follow up appointment but you need to reschedule because its too late" WTF? You are open till 6! Whatever, done with this place and your terrible contacts!

Always a pleasure. Ive had appointments with both Dr. Rogalinski and Dr. Nguyen and both are outstanding. They take the time to explain everything that they are doing. The office runs efficiently with little waiting around. I was impressed with the selection of frames available and happy with the price. I had the chance to listen in as one of the optometrists assisted a preteen who was trying on contact lenses for the first time and the doctor was extremely patient and encouraging as she assisted the first-timer in getting her contact lenses in her eyes. This is a great family optometrist. You might find glasses a little cheaper at Wal-Mart but you wont get the attention and quality of service there.

Ive been to this one the past two years Ive lived in San Antonio. Dr. Nguyen has done my exams. There hasnt been too long of a wait time, the exam is thorough but not drawn out, and Ive never had to have my eyes dilated. Perhaps there are times when eyes need to be dilated for a better look, but Im glad it hasnt been pushed. I appreciate that Dr. Nguyen gives clear explanations and doesnt want to make things harder than they need to be or make me second guess myself. She tells it how it is... "your vision is the same," "your astigmatism is gone," etc. And she doesnt mind answering questions.

Weve always had wonderful experiences with the doctors Rogalinski and Nguyen--very family friendly and explain thoroughly. My little kids LOVE Dr Rogalinski who is funny and effective at the same time with them. Ive learned not to go around lunchtime as if they are backed up in the morning things get rushed but when weve gone early morning or late afternoon things are great. Frames are on the pricey side and our insurance allowance goes further elsewhere but for the attention and communication from the doctors and staff we will be returning annually (all 7 of us) for exams.

Very friendly, beautiful office, ect. My daughter and husband were seen for regular once a year visit. No special test were performed just checking the Rx. No price was quoted over the phone. I made them aware we would not be filing Ins at the time the appt was made. They have had eye exams for most of their life. We have never paid as much as they charged it was double from the year before. Again they stated no special test were performed. We would not have chosen this place if we had not been new to the area. Beautiful nice new place but VERY EXPENSIVE.

they are amazing. they helped me figure out what was wrong with my eyes. as well as they helped me transition to eye glasses and were able to calm me doing so. I have a weird fear of glasses and they made it so that I felt comfortable with the whole process. and now I am wearing my glasses at least 3 times a week. I am grateful to them for helping me. I will be back I am still a contact lens .

Tricare Members - just called to schedule a visit and was told the eye exam is covered as is the contact lens exam, but not the "fitting fee" for first time visits. This ranges anywhere from $55-100... in more than a decade of wearing contacts this is a first for me. It may be the closest provider to my home, but I will not be visiting any provider that gouges service members or their family.

Such Great customer service was provided by the girl who helped me... she was very friendly and approachable. But most of all was willing to help me after another optical service place failed me w my eye exam n problems w my prescription too! and this girl made me feel so much better and fixed their errors. Definitely recommend this location for vision needs.

I was recommended to this place 4 years ago by a co-worker and Ive been going there since. I also take my now 4 and 6 year old children there as well. I am always impressed how well they work with small children. Theres also never been a question left un-answered. I plan to continue going here for years to come.

Couldnt ask for better service by the doctors. Theyve served me for over five years. Never a problem w/the personable staff. Any lens problems were always expeditiously corrected, and that happened only once. My eye care needs are always their first priority.
