so I go in to get my eyes checked and get new contacts; after waiting an hour and a half after when they told me to show up, they see me and tell me i need to come back in a week to get a glaucoma check. I come back, and after the seemingly mandatory hour waiting period, I get the tests done, they say theyll know in a week, and I go ahead and order some contacts. You would think that eye diseases would be something a place would get back to you on, but two weeks later I hadnt gotten a call; so, I call them, and they say theyll call me back. They dont. The next day I call them back and one of the receptionists tells me I dont have glaucoma and my contacts arent in yet, and they should be here in two weeks (I dont think they ordered them). Just to be sure, I also make sure they have my correct phone number and address, they do. Three weeks pass, and still, no calls, no mail. obviously I call them to see whats going on, I need new contacts. They say they arent in, but should be in a week and offer me a pair of sample contacts to hold me over; I need them, so I drive over and pick them up.Lo and Behold! the next morning I put them on and... youve guessed it right?! Wrong prescription! They actually manage to make my horrible sight even worse(they gave me a positive power instead of negative). This place is ridiculous, I know one experience doesnt make or break a place, but they cant figure out how to so much as contact me, let alone get my contacts, over a month and a half period? and still, I dont have any new contacts.

Great place to look for frames! Chantal is exceptional! She spent at least an hour helping me select a pair of glasses. She even asked several other staff to come help us choose between 2 frames. It was so much fun and they were all great people. I ended up changing my mind about the frames because they were too bold for me. I thought Id be out of luck when it comes to returning them but Chantal graciously told me what my insurance covered and she informed me of the upcoming selection so we set a day for me to come back and try again. She was happy to help me look again! Also, the selection is wonderful! I went to 4 other places in town and only found 3 or 4 frames I liked; but here I found 15-20 pairs that were really beautiful and a good fit. I look forward to doing business with them again.

This place has the laziest receptionists on EARTH! They never call you back and put you on hold for five minutes at a time during their slow part of the day. Also, they are only open Monday through Thursday and take lunch from noon to two, so you know they dont have to work all that much to begin with. Its a slap in the face to see jobs wasted on these lazy people and if I had the time to actively campaign against people going here I would. Eyemasters in the mall is much better and they are actually nice. I cant say strongly enough that these people are awful and do absolutely nothing to deserve your business. AVOID THEM!!!!!

I feel Tyler on the contacting people. I have never been asked to come back in for a glaucoma test but my mother has. As far as my eye examination they have been really nice to me. I would not go back because my contacts never came in after three weeks checking in every week--they were nice and kept giving me free samples though. Finally I just waited for them to call me like they said they would and after another three weeks of not from hearing them I drop by. They have had my contacts for a while and were wondering when I was going to pick them up. Seriously communication/ lazy problem in the front.

So if you have medicad dont come here they dont schedule in advance for it and when you call at 8:30 like they tell you they are magically booked. I HAVE CALLED AT 8:30 AM FOR 15 DAYS STRAIT. The staff that answere the phones have a rude snobby tone and dont have a problom hanging up on you. Dont wast your time.

The staff is borderline rude.. with a take or leave it attitude. . Being a new patient I was asked to come in 15 mins early... which I did... and was still sitting there waiting even 30 mins after my appointment time... so be prepared to clear your schedule of you want to be seen at this office... :(

Service was ok, but it is clear that they simply try to get the most of your policy instead what the customer might actually need. Had some glasses that took over a month to come in. Then they broke the same day we got them. Took another three weeks to get the replacement in.

Great place to have your eyes examined in Lubbock. Have been to this place 4 years in a row and cannot complain about service. I love te fact that they check the health of your eye, which not everyone does in Lubbock from other experiences.

Was at a loss at where to go to for my eye exams after Dr. Clayton Davis moved out of state. Came here on a recommendation from a co-worker and was pleased with my experience. Staff and Dr. were friendly and helpful.

I will never go back in that place i was waiting for an hour 30 mins , some guy came in 30 mins after me because he was white they called him in before me and they were very rude abut it I never recommend anybody

My family has been going to this clinic for several years and really like it. Dr. Ho and Dr. Peterson are very professional and patient. Staff there are very friendly.
