Last week, I called Walmart for a refill on my daughters Zoloft. She has depression, anxiety, used to cut her self and have thoughts of suicide. The meds have helped tremendously. Several days later, I called Walmart to see if a refill had been called in by Dr McIntires office. Nothing had been. I called the Dr office Friday, was told that they will not refill anything until they see her. I told them she was completely out. They dont care, wont do a thing until they see her. Who cares that she has a history of suicidal tendencies, cuts herself, and this is not a new med she is on, its an ongoing thing. My daughter saw Dr McIntire first thing this morning 9:30 am (Monday). 6:30 pm at Walmart today (Monday), NO REFILL IS CALLED IN TO ANY WALMART IN LUBBOCK. Poor service and does not care about the patient or her situation. I am not very happy at all!!!!!!!!!!

My sons doctor is very irresponsible. When its time for her to refill his prescription, something always comes up that we have to wait about another week to get it refilled. When u leave make sure ur patience have their medications B4 u leave. Do ur job. Im told to call about a week b4 he runs out, they cant even get ahold of her to help us out. U should always be able to be contacted if something like this happens. Im switching doctors. This place shouldnt be this irresponsible with children or their medications.They dont take their jobs seriously apparently. My child has to suffer because she cant be more dependable.

Worst clinic ever. Billing couldnt tell me what I was being charged for and I was being charged for things that should have been covered by insurance, they scheduled my appointment then when I came in for it I wasnt in the system. Also had major problems getting my medical records sent to another doctor. Dont go here unless you like massive amounts of stress and headache

I have a kid with autism and the doctor of vision Dr. POLk and the asistent optometrist he is very rood i have to put a limit on the way that he talk to my litle son also dr Polk need learn more about that, its a shame People like this dont know the way to bring directions and help people with special needs ! also i wait for 3 hours ..... .

Its ten Ive been here since 8 . Everything is so wired sign in at front then go from door to door! Do not recommend this place for nothing . I even applied here and the wait was just as long including the 4 interviews I went to to just not get the job!

Ive tried several times to get them to remove an expired birth control from my arm. Every time its the same old story. We wanna put you back on some form of birth control. I absolutely refuse. This last time the nurse was so rude I almost punched her

One of the np who was filling in was WONDERFUL. He cared and was informative for my situation. This is a Community Health Center for many of us. Yes there are Many Patients and Yes we do have to Wait.,but its there for what we can afford .

If you need a primary care doctor Lubbock, go to Marissa Yates! She takes walk ins and took my crappy insurance. Dont settle for bad healthcare!
