At Alamo Ranch Eye, my visits are very enjoyable. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They take good care of me and are very informative as to what they will do to me and they answer any questions I may have. I think very highly of Dr. Bui. I pass out her business cards to everyone I meet and tell them to go see her for an eye exam. Dr. Bui is extremely knowledgeable and when I got cataract surgery I was very impressed that Dr. Bui said a prayer with me before the surgery so I would feel more comfortable and less nervous. I am very happy with how the surgery went. I can see a lot better and I feel younger! I have no complaints, I am very pleased.

Their service is just outstanding. Theyre super friendly with there patients. Theyll tell you everything you need to know and answers all your questions. Theyre highly knowledgeable and know exactly what theyre doing. I can defiantly put my trust in them. They have multiple discounts which is pretty awesome if youre sort of on a budget. I will be defiantly be coming back when ever i have a problem. As far of any optical Ive been too, this is the defiantly best one. I will highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of eye care. I promise, you wont be disappointed.

Arrogant! Dont waste your time. If you ask a question she doesnt like she will stare you down then tell you not to talk to her in that manner. She forgets the patients pay her and her staffs salary! She obviously does not get along with females, her entire staff are male - new female receptionist who does not know what she is doing - this so called doc likes to control (and have control over her patients) Much better physicians out there!! I would have given 0 star but this review makes you post at least 1 star.

Dr. Bui is a perfectionist and her service to her patients is impeccable. She is both compassionate and knowledgeable. She did my husbands cataract surgery and he was totally satisfied. Another doctor had dome cataract surgery on his other eye and he had some problems. The surgery had to be tweaked more than once before his eye was satisfactory. With Dr. Bui the surgery was correct the first time. We are definitely making Dr. Bui our ophthalmologist of choice.

I have it 5 stars because when I called I spoke with a Kim she was so delightful when she answered the phone gave me so much helpful advice and didnt make me feel silly for asking questions she was a real joy to talk to and I definitely will be calling and making an appointment soon ya a breath of fresh air to find a clinic with really nice and caring not quick to hang up ones so thank you Kim so giving me a good experience over the phone cant wait to go

The doctors are awesome, the front desk not so much. Ive spoken with Brooke twice requesting contact lense refills and she said I would get a call back both times, though Ive yet to hear from them Called today requesting to have my prescription faxed over to another optical store and the lady hung up on me In my opinion, they seem incompetent and unorganized.

My experience with Doctor Bui was amazing. I went into her office with headaches, and needing contacts. She did what I considered a very thorough exam. Her staff was very help and made my experience quite enjoyable. A few months later I went back for glasses and her selection was great. I would highly recommend her to anybody needing their eyes cared for.
