I would give the dentist 5 stars but the staff 3 or less. When I made my appointment I was told that my insurance was accepted. After all the dental work was done, I was told that they do not participate in the insurance, and I was slapped with a large bill, which would have been covered 80% in network. I have been making payments on this bill since April and I have had monthly finance charges added and have been threatened with collections even though I am paying the bill. I have spoken to other people who had the same experience.
