Disappointed!!! I never thought that I would have to give Dr. Potts office a bad review, but things have gotten out of hand since hes retired. I have taken my children to him for over a span of 20 years and the decline in customer service has been disheartening. I made an appointment for my youngest, share with the scheduler what I needed prior to making the appointment and upon arrival, one shot was expired and the other was unavailable. I was informed that the pre-payment of the shot would be credited to the account and that the shot would be available in 4 days. On the 3rd day a receive a call from M*** stating that the shot would not be available and I would need to take my son elsewhere. REALLY???? But this is his DR and has been since he was born. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I no longer recommend the Fayetteville location.

Like the office,always clean. Dr.Potts is always great. only thing is...... the doctors appointments for well check ups are crazy! it will always be a month from the day you call.when their next appointment will be. called today next appointment is Oct. 26. dang shame

My first visit today...took my son in due to a cold..wonderful experience..Dr. Thompson was awesome..very personable..The ladies at the desk and the nurse had wonderful attitudes..In and out the office in 20 minutes...I have found my son a new Dr....!!!!
