I have been taking my kids to McDonough Pediatrics and the staff is very polite and can be helpful...but here lately my daughter has been sick for about a two months now....and twice because she has been misdiagnose. One mistreatment caused her to have pneumonia at the age of and another caused all the kids at daycare to be infected and the sad part about it is that my daughter had a illness that is common among children her age so I do not know why it would have been missed from a pediatrician. I will no longer be taken them to this office unless they step up there training. I care a lot for my children as any parent does and I understand that doctors are only human...but the mistakes made were something I felt a pediatrician should have been able to catch....

I took my 11 year old on a Monday at 8:20 AM; before they were open. I did not have an appointment. I signed in and was the first patient to be seen. I choose to see the Nurse Practitioner as I am self pay. My family has been a patient here for 6+ years. I can only praise them. The entire experience is always as it should be. Very compassionate staff, professional and clean. Both Doctor and N.P. are a great choice for the health of my family. Thank you Doctor Sankaran and Staff.

We started seeing McDonough Pediatrics before my sons first birthday when we moved here from Charlotte. The Dr. and his staff have always been extremely nice and the Dr. really takes his time with us and makes us feel comfortable and explains everything to us. We moved to the northside of ATL for a year and after we moved back we were so happy to go see our old Dr. again!

Always long wait times to get treatment. Do not remind parents of upcoming shots. Misdiagnosed and sent away an infant that actually had pneumonia...
