I always have an exceptional experience at Dekalb Pediatrics along with the staff there. Upon entering the office, you are immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the two women at the front desk. They are always smiling and very professional. The check in process is a breeze. The nurse Practitioner Leslie is great, she is always willing and able to answer all of my questions and she always makes my child very comfortable. Dr Bufe and Dr Marcus are amazing doctors and they are very attentive to the needs of the child. They take their time to ensure that everything that your child came into the office for is taken care of. I will continue to recommend Dekalb Pediatrics to all of my family and friends.

We just moved to the area and needless to say in my daughters 6 months of her young life this is her 3rd pediatrician. BUT, I utterly enjoyed her visit and totally loved the office!! The wait was not long, the doctor was very knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure my husband and I were informed and ALL of our questions were answered. The rooms were clean and everyone who we came in contact with was polite, caring, and professional. We feel extremely comfortable with the care our daughter will continue to receive at Dekalb Pediatric Center!

Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. "We only take paid coverages like blue cross blue sheild." Wow lol. Try this you ghetto, ignorant and unclassy Girl." I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause maam, but we are not currently accepting peachcare coverage at this time at our office. I do know a office or too that can assist you with your current coverage, would you like the phone numbers?

This was my daughters pediatrician for 2 years. We were not particularly impressed. The doctor we started off with went on maternity leave, and then we kept getting bounced around between providers - none of whom actually seemed to like children that much. On the plus side, my daughter always enjoyed the waiting room.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and my daughter loves it there. The receptionist, however, is a different story. She is rude, unprofessional, literally a walking stereotype. Besides this, I love this place.
