My family and I recently relocated to Tallahassee about two months ago and I was looking for a pediatrician office that would give my husband and I the autonomy to make decisions regarding our childrens health at a pace that we are comfortable with. Our reasoning are of religious beliefs but we are not against getting vaccinated as we want to best for our children. I called this office and was told that they could not take my son because he hadnt received his most recent round of shots. My response was "I understand and I would like to get more information on the vaccines he is up for and would like for your office to administer them. The receptionist said " oh no we cannot do that, you would have to go to your doctor in Missouri to get the shots then she would discuss with the doctor if they could take us as a patient." Ok, fair enough then I ask one final question. Why is it that you cannot administer these shots? The receptionist said because "we wouldnt want your son in the waiting room with other children without having his most recent shots." My thoughts are not needed. I will leave the ambiguity of my remarks up for those that read this review. I just wanted to share my experience with this office. I did appreciate the office for at least trying to give an explanation for their decision.( I guess their advertising about schedule friendly vaccines have some kind of fine print somewhere)

Love,love Dr.Simmons he is the best.My bany has asthma when I brought him in I didnt know what to expect,Dr.Simmons was great put my gears to rest.He is so nice,great bedside manner.He was sent home on a breathing machine chest xray everything he could think of to help make an 18 month old more comfortable.His nurses and staff are great also.So glad I found him.Wish more doctors were like him,it would make life a little better.Thank you so much Dr.Simmons your the best....

Dr. Koepell is an intelligent, down to earth doctor who is compassionate and reasonable. She believes in the "liquid gold," and parents right to choose vaccines. I respect her, moreover I enjoy laughing with her when we are there.

They are so great and help solve small problems over the phone without a visit. Truly a great group of healthcare providers. The office is beautiful too. Thanks to the nurses and Dr. Kickish. You guys are awesome.
